Just as I expected… very nice piece with great final price with that discount.

I have purchased two 14K Gold chains from Oradina and both chains are lovely. However, my attempts to reach them for simple answers have been ignored - once to find about the excessive delay on an exchange, and more recently for a simple answer as to the dimensions of the lobster clasp on the chain so that I can order a pendant with an appropriate size bail. I did get one reply identified by them as AI generated that was off target with an offer to ask the jeweler if I needed more info, but then nothing. Attempts to call refer you e-mail which garners no reply. This should not be a difficult question to answer!

The site is easy to use. The jewelry is pretty.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered a pair of earrings that broke upon wearing the first time. They sent me a replacement pair which felt like great customer service, however, those also promptly broke upon the third wear of that pair. At that point in time I asked for a refund which they flatly refused to do and have had a subsequent dizzying mount of back and forth emails with their customer service (bot I'm sure not a real human). They offer a credit but the credit is only to purchase something else at that time (no credit given to use at a future date). I didn't see anything I wanted and finally found something that was $7 less than the total amount credited so they won't take it. The new purchase must be the same exact price (or you have to pay more). Insane making and terrible customer experience. After literally 32 emails and no real resolution, including them now saying I owe restocking fees and I'm past the 30 day return window I give up and would rather eat the cost of the earring and try to get them fixed at a local jeweler to see if they can salvage them than deal with these clowns. Absurd and infuriating. I will NEVER purchase from them again and happily will tell everyone everywhere I can write a review to run from this company. They lost a customer for life.

I like the ring that I bought. It was as expected. However, the sizing was not right. The return was easy and I now how a rig that fits me perfectly.

Shopping on the site was easy. Checkout was quick and the shipping was quick and on time. Product arrived intact and exactly as advertised.
