My dentist recommended I change to an electric toothbrush with a round brush head. Did a bit of research and settled for the oral b io2 recommended as a good option to start with as affordable. Arrived quickly & well packaged and managing well to use it hopefully my dentist agrees.

I’m extremely disappointed with my Oral-B iO toothbrush. I bought it expecting a premium product, but the design has made it incredibly difficult to keep hygienic.

Despite thoroughly rinsing the toothbrush after every use, drying it, and storing the brush head separately from the handle, the inside of both the brush head and the handle repeatedly develops mould.

I have tried everything I reasonably can to prevent this, but it keeps happening. It is incredibly unpleasant to discover mould inside a toothbrush that I use every day to clean my teeth. I shouldn’t have to dismantle and meticulously clean a toothbrush after every use just to stop it becoming mouldy.

The actual brushing performance of the iO is good, but for me that is completely outweighed by how unhygienic and frustrating the design is to maintain. For the price of the iO range, I expected a much better-designed product.

It has become such a persistent issue that I have now decided to switch to sonicare which aren’t as good, but don’t cause a health hazard. I’m genuinely disappointed that a product marketed as a premium electric toothbrush can have such a fundamental hygiene problem.

Oral-B really needs to rethink the design of the iO handle and brush-head connection. A toothbrush should not repeatedly develop mould inside it when it is being properly rinsed, dried and stored correctly.

No interdental brush heads and your company unable to say when/if next available. So I have brought a new expensive toothbrush which I cannot use as my dentist specifically says I must use interdental brush as I have a retainer. Very disappointed

My wife loved using Oral B superfloss. We would regularly buy it in bulk. Now they've changed the specification to a poorer-quality. It no longer does the job. The recent one-star reviews of Oral B superfloss on Amazon tell their own story. A classic case of a company shooting itself in the foot by trying to make savings on their production cost.

Excellent tooth brush and super fast delivery couldn’t ask for more

I needed to ask for replacement of my charger. It's just a charger, cmon. And my agent didn't even understand my name(Andrew), also didn't understand my postcode(this time I won't tell u which one). I needed to repeat it like 3 times, which is very strange.

The delivery was really quick and I was pleased to get some freebies. My new toothbrush (iO6) is really great....I had been using an oralB electric for a while but hadn't realised how old and how worn out it was. my dentist recommended a change and its a brilliant clean.

Although I am very happy with the toothbrush, the problem arose when I needed to charge it. The charger has a 2 pin plug which does not fit into a standard 2 pin to 3 pin adaptor. It appears the 2 pins are too close together. I would appreciate if you could replace the charger as currently I can't charge my toothbrush

Fabulous toothbrush I can see a vast improvement already to my gums and teeth-easy to use and set up.
I am delighted and can highly recommend.

The packaging leaves a little to be desired! The Oral-B pack of 4 iO brush heads would have fitted neatly through the letterbox, but not in the enormous cardboard envelope it was sent in. This required the postman to ring and wait.

My experience was so good, so efficient and very quick delivery. I would use them again and recommend to my friends .
