The io3 is a new upgrade from my old Braun ultra 3D toothbrush. The io3 is far superior in comparison. I would recommend to anyone considering a new electric brush.

Ordering was easy and it arrived the next day. My dentist gave me a QR code which gave me a substantial discount. The toothbrush itself is fantastic. It’s my first electric toothbrush and my teeth feel so much cleaner. I really like the use of coloured lighting to encourage optimum cleaning.

Bought an IO4 brush in January 2026-…
Bought an IO4 brush in January 2026- it’s a shared toothbrush and my husband and I have our own heads to brush. It doesn’t hold a charge for even 2 days when away and off charge- so disappointing. Went on to oral b site, I can send in for repair but I then need to buy toothbrushes until it’s returned- not happy at all.

The product arrived promptly. Video of how to use is on line. I have tried an electric toothbrush in the past but it gave me tinnitus/headache.
Unfortunately this is the same. I had concussion years ago and I am sensitive to sound.
