Got it at Christmas stopped charging, shame as I liked the toothbrush customer service non existent

Do not use!
Ordered 5 in 1 toothbrush - great for a week and stopped working! I’d even paid express delivery and it arrived 4 weeks late with no reply after I informed them of this or refund. Multiple emails to customer service to replace the item and no reply-DO NOT USE this company, it’s a scam!

it a toothbrush. I did not see any miraculous change the website states. ofcourse I'm keeping it because its a toothbrush but DO NOT BUY. Its a total waste of money. Definitely a scam.

I ordered a 5-set electric tooth brush from this company and when it arrived (after 3-4 week delay) it did not charge up. Despite 3 emails to 2 addresses I've yet to receive an acknowledgement of my emails nor a refund or replacement.

I suspect it is a total scam??

I bought the set and at first it was fantastic brilliant clean could not fault it however after two weeks my toothbrush packed up. It would charge but then work for ten seconds and wouldn’t reach the top setting. I tried to reach out several times to the company on various email addresses I can find and I haven’t heard a single reply. I have given the company plenty of warnings and now I’m currently undergoing my trading standards rights as they have just completely ignored me. Now I know someone does look at the email because before my toothbrush arrived it said it delivered when it hadn’t and I emailed them and they told me not to worry. So I know the email is active and I know they are reading my emails. The bottom line of my review is, it’s great and thankfully I didn’t submit my review within the silly time frame they give you so here is my honest reviews it’s great for a few weeks and then it’s not customer service is non existent just a cheap toothbrush that I could of purchased for half the price elsewhere but with better customer service.

Delivery by evri , its been over a week , however it arrived and I'm impressed as it really works on brown tar , my only concern was evri delivery service but it arrived

Don't order from this company. They take your money but never deliver your item. You then can not contact them as their email address is fake so don't waste your money
