Orange Hurghada airport fraud!! I bought 46,5 GB and only got 18 GB!! Orange Egypt sells your phonenumber to marketing, so during your stay you will get advertisement calls and texts. Be warned!!!
Worst provider ever
Worst provider ever! Orange Egypt is not a trustful source. When you recharge your account to book a Internet plan they take all your remaining balance without reason. You will not even find any details on usage or where the money goes. Therefore never charge more than the actual cost of a plan if you need to use Orange.EG. Also Internet data which is not consumed before renewal is mentioned to be transferred to the new package. But this has never happened. It just disappeared! I only use a Internet data line where I can not call or subscribe to any services and whenever I ask why money is taken without any reason they simply say, you are subscribed to a monthly news service. This is an illegal behavior of Orange and without my consent since I am not able to subscribe to anything while I own a Sim Card which is inserted in a data router and there are no options to subscribe, call or send and receive messages. So a big fraud practice that works now over years and it is not acceptable anymore for such a huge company. I can just suggest anyone to go with another provider. They all having some similar behavior since no one cares in Egypt but at least they are more transparent and offer a far better and more friendly customer service mentality.
Orange shop Hurghada airport.
I bought their data SIM for my Mifi device on the Airport in Hurghada - new, intact packing installed by shop. Advertised at the airport stand as 26GB for 13 euro. It showed to be later a so called FreeMax100 package only giving 12GB.I don’t mind if the price was little higher and you get at least what it is promised. As mentioned they are Scammers.

Don't purchase any SIM cards from this company, especially at the airports. They will scam you. The reps will give you a 500mb or 1GB plan while you think you're paying for 10 or 20GB. They pocket the difference. Scammers and thieves.

Worst expierence!!! Scammers!! 1st november i bought a sim card 18GB for 10$… after i used 8BG they stoped internet and i couldnt use it anymore. After i called them they said i bought only for 8GB! SCAMMERS!!

At 24th October 2021 I bought their SIM on the Airport in Hurghada - new, intact packing. 18 GB for 10 USD.
The SIM was without any signal for my whole stay.
After return home I tried to write them a complaint, but their form is out of order (you can fill it, but it's not possible to send it) and their Facebook page is ouf of order as well.
I don't recommend their services, they'are frauds!

I wish i had number below zero to give to orange cash customer service or support team there is no any helpful they had the upper hand of full control i out 17k from 9 days ago and i stuck with them i can't send the money or take it back casue they had a system error also that problem is not for me only but its an error that happened for many customers as they said and no any potential to solve the system error from 9 days ago very weird and zero for customers care. Staff issues
Bought SIM card at the Hurghada Airport on 03.07.21, and I regretted it. Guy charged me 11.5€ for 32GB, giving me the codes to dial tomorrow in order to have full functionality. When I installed Orange app and dialed those codes, it turned out this guy sold me 12GB for the price of 32GB. I contacted customer support but they were unable to help. My strongest suggestion is to think about some other carrier

I wish I could to give a ZERO star, but I couldn't. this is the worst customer services I've ever treated with, Liar, not strait, and not a good face. I called them today 23/05/2021, I asked to talk to the higher level to solve my problem, but this is management dealing to only lie to their customers, save your money in buying a home 4G because it doesn't work, look for another carrier. and you will not get your money back.

I entered and took a number to buy a sim card and then surprised that a lady entered and been welcomed by Bishoy( your rude agent) who was totally free but was acting as a manager refusing clients so the lady entered and had a seat next to your lady agent although my number was in the screen i said it's my turn as this is my number he said she's here before you and she didn't had a number (which is not my problem that they're acting like a super market without a prober standard) his way was very rude + i witnessed something with another client and he acted like a parking boy not a respected agent in a respectful company

During my first month the ADSL Wes disconnected for 48 hours ... then was so slow that I can’t use for another 5 days and during this period I called several times 16333 and a very rude technician came to check & didn’t fix it & told me to call 16333 back to solve it ... I went to Roushdy claiming they don’t deal with ADSL issues ... went to Smouha they told me that Roushdy can do that they r not doing their job !!! They configure it & still I had power & WLAN lamps only on ... so I packed router since then 19/8/20 and been struggling for disconnecting the ADSL since then From Smouha ,Sanestefano and Roushdy branches ... they tell me they send letter for cancellation & they don’t ... they tell me system is down ... they don’t want to disconnect without collecting cancellation fees and making me pay for router ... although I am disconnecting for their NO service for 7 days !!!
Called 155 they have no authority to force them to disconnect for having no service for 7 days !!!

Worst isp provider ever, if ur line goes down for any reason u have to wait like 2 years at least to get it back, always lying about the dates and if u speak with them and recall after 2 minutes they have no idea about what the other colleague just said, if there is is something less than one star i would choose it, absloute trash.
