The company is trying to fool me into thinking they'll help, but in reality they've only wasted three weeks of my time.

Of course, I understand that Orange/T-Mobile should not be criticized or insulted.

However, the address I am visiting is not pleasant, to put it mildly.

Every day, several times a day, the connection is lost.

It must be Orange/T-Mobile's fault, or rather, "what does it matter, as long as the requested amount is debited every month!

What a worthless provider Orange/T-Mobile is!

The problem also occurred in the summer!

A decent company prevents problems from arising.

A lesser company ensures that problems are resolved.

Orange/T-Mobile is not that kind of company!

What Orange/T-Mobile Slovakia calls customer service says that the customer should just buy new cables and maybe a new router.

Perhaps the customer should just do all the work themselves.

Internet stability - is very poor. Internet speed is ok but if no stability - speed does not matter.

as a cell network provider - poor customer support, they are more interested to push you to another agent rather than trying to resolve the issue. The design of the Orange website is horrible, as if they live in 2004. Prices are high and not clear why. No reason to select Orange as your internet or cellular network provided.
