I’ve been a customer for a long time but my last order never arrived!
No response
Really bad
It seems like it’s under maintenance
Edit: my money was returned. But still no response…

I placed two orders. The first one with ordinary shipping and it didn't arrive. The second one with tracking and I was given a tracking number only when I asked for it. Though the shipping is undetectable on the relevant website and has been so for three weeks now. I wonder whether they actually sent anything. But they did cash my money.

The products sold on this site are not in stock and claim to be. Once the order is paid for, the seller Jack informs you that they are out of stock, that they will restock next week, they ask you if you need to replace the product. A week later, no more messages, no more emails informing you of the status of your order, you write to them and they don't answer you anymore. Ordered on July 19, 2022, I received it on August 17, 2022, that is to say 29 days after the paid order.
Check out the trustpilot link on their website, it is dead redirected to their old domain name which they have since changed to fool visitors. Ignore the few positive reviews. Next

IT IS SCAM: they sent me a tracking number for a parcel not addressed to me.There was not my name and surname neither my address. So i had never got the parcel and they refused to send to me.

The last products I ordered are pure garbage.

They didn't have MDPHP (but they did let you request it) and they changed it to MDPEP, that's poison

It WAS the best shop (6/5 Stars), there was never any problem with it.
Unfortunately it is gone.
I wouldnt recommend ordering if it appears again, its probably a scam from someone else. If something changes I'll update.

I never had any issues with this company. The first time shipping was fast and the second time I waited for a week and still no order. So I emailed jeff and he sent me a re-ship with an extra free sample. This one came after only 3-4 days to Belgium. So I have to say.. Great customer service and an honest vendor, but definitely not the cheapest.

A few months ago I saw they added some new products to their site and I was worried for them because the substances they added were highly illegal to sell in any country. They weren't even RC's (think of the most popular sedatives and sleeping aids). I knew then that it would only be a matter of time until they got shut down. And after a week or so they were. Too bad...

Received exactly what I ordered, one week delivery to the UK. Great communications and no problem with the transaction.

I ordered and sent proof of payment for Bitcoin. In a week I write them mail when they send an order. They replied that they were awaiting payment confirmation. Again I sent a payment receipt, a link to Blockchain, and stopped communicating. It's 14 days since I ordered and I didn't get anything.
I do not recommend!

Just received a sample pack from them, so they do deliver, but not the right products.
I asked for Apvp but got some kind of powder instead, and asked for Aphip BIg crystals and got powder form.
The communication needs to improve, they take sometimes 5 days to answer.
The packge was discreet.
They need some professional assistance in the team.
Hope they can improve.

Great products, great prices, really good customer service from the always friendly Jeff, and no issues with delivery.

I have used them many times and have always been really happy.

Can't understand negative comments, Orange have always made me very happy every time!

My advice: don't hesitate to order, you won't be disappointed!
