I ordered a product on 5 March , they send me a tracking number which says it’s in Cina never left. They don’t answer emails not even PayPal where I have opened a disput I wrote to them on messenger and they replied my parcel was in transit, I tried and it says it doesn’t exit! They are frauders

If I could rate this company a BIG FAT ZERO I would. I placed an order on 4/23/2020 and I have received nothing. I get the standard nothing email from them saying it could take 10-15 business days for it to be delivered. BIG, HUGE MISTAKE ordering from this company. I would never in a million years recommend anyone to order from Orangefudge!

The worst organization ever ! Payment in advance, received just one mail of excuses because of the delay of the shipment, then the most absolute silence. I requested the refund, but no reply, almost sure to have lost my money. Hope their business can inexorably go down.

it occurred to me to buy orangefudge on this site. More than a month waiting for the product to be sent, when they say they send it with a tracking number, it appears as a created label and in my case it takes 3 additional weeks to wait for it to be shipped. I have written several times and so far no response. I think I lost my money.

Orange Fudge: Has100% bad review yet they still have two stars all people who have been ripped off by Orange fudge I believe there in China where they are bogus merchandise is so maybe none of this will help but if you paid through PayPal you need to contact them you need to report them to PayPal Facebook everywhere they have advertisements posted in case they're listed with America somehow contact the IRS see if they're paying taxes on their ill-gotten gains you need to post it on your Facebook page not to do business with them you need to spread the word and shut them down cold and hard!! I don't know how these bogus companies are allowed to continue to exist do we really have to search Out reviews and check everybody out before we buy a single thing from anybody in this world anymore your method of payment should be able to reverse that money somehow or give you an address where they sent your money to so you can track these b*stards down Play Scream from the rooftops and spread the word about this company call the Attorney General do whatever you have to do constantly send complaints to Facebook that's where I found them Facebook should not allow their advertisement on there and anywhere else you see them stick together and fight these Crooks!!! Just as angry as you and determined! PLEASE post and share fists and your experience with this company to help shut them down!! Thank you

I placed an order over 2 months ago, still haven't received it, I emailed on numerous occasions and no response from them at all. These people are scum of the earth, taking peoples hard earned money. I have now given up and will get my money back even if it kills me. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are fake.

These people should not be allowed on sites and we the people have to pay in trust in something that's fake where are the rights of the people who is helping getting are money back from sites like this I haven't got my things its been two months they sent me a email saying we sorry will be sending u info nd nothing another that I will never order off line again to scared just made me not never won't to after this money hard to work for and someone take it because that's what they did hate we have people in the world like this .

I give this a 0 I ordered over a month ago. Tracking number is fake has been sitting in transit in China for month. Emailed tbem many of times nothing. SCAM don't order from them I hope my bank can get me my damn money back

This company is a total scam, I ordered the fishing magnet weeks ago. Bogus shipping details were provided which after many emails finally looked as if they were going somewhere. Then told that due to Corona virus my package had been returned to china. Absolute crap,there never was a package to start with. It is all fake and a scam. Avoid this like the plague, you will never get your goods or a refund.

DON NOT BUY FROM THIS SCUMBAG COMPANY. EMAILED SOO MANY TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. AVOID AT ALL COST. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PURCHASE.

AWFUL... waited a month for package. Still not left China 4 weeks later.! No reply to emails only contact through Facebook and telling me to email. Which I have done 20x.! I want my £30 back.! Will open a dispute through PayPal.! AVOID THIS COMPANY.!

Baddest experience ever!!! Ordered one item 1.5 months ago, thought it was a local company (Denmark), but no: It turns out to be shipped from China. Except it has never shipped - due to the Corona crises, it is claimed. No trace of the tracking number I was initially given, simply doesn't exist!! NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS - it was via Downtown shopping, by the way

I ordered a pressure washer for my hose only to receive an email stating there preparing my order telling me they will contact me when order was ready to go. Nothing yet ihave emailed them to ask the status and have heard nothing back I feel I'm ripped off I was weary about this but gave it a chance and got burned THIS SIGHT IS FAKE AND STEELES OUR MONEY until my product arrives I wii not even entertain looking at there products FFFFAAAAKKKKEEEE

Ordered 2 items on 8 March 2020 and delivery stated 15 days. 2 months later items still not arrived and company have refused to refund me. No tracking details provided as evidence they were shipped. Do not purchase from this company!
