TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

Orange Oasis is a leech that asks money upfront from hardworking brands, promising that he has a huge sales network and is looking for brand like yours to present to stores like Selfriges, Harvey Nicolas and the likes in the Middle East. He will give you stores about brands that have revenues of over half a million euros in wholesale billing through him.

First you are led to believe that he assigns a brand manager, who is his ex-wife and mother to his child and who suddenly quits within a month of initial contact with us. He then tells you that he had an accident and his staff left him or makes many excuse due to which he is not able to fulfil the contract. If I were not a real customer would I know all of this information. I have proof of the money that was transferred to his account.

He claims that he adds products on the platform, I can have that done by paying USD 15 on Fiver using an API, why should anyone pay him in thousands - brand like mine join because we want access to buyers, market insights, orders not just our products to be hosted of another site that has no traffic. This operation is a huge scam!! His experience is bogus and he is a big FRAUD!!

A one man scam of a show. They take money from small hardworking brands, does not plan or organise any meetings, gives suspect input on branding and messaging which is not why we pay them to begin with, no insight on which stores they are targeting for your brand, only useless meetings and no output.

Any one point he also asked if we had left a negative review and asked us to take it down if we did!!! Sadly it was too late and I had already paid up and lost my funds. When I followed up after 4 months of paying the initial deposit or about EUR 1800, this was the standard response:

“We have had a lot of interest but no orders so far, but this is a general trend across the industry.”

- you will only get excuses and google calendar availability link with this guy!!!

Since December 2024, no contact and no feedback.

1. We can confirm that you signed a legally binding agreement with our company on 7th July 2024.
2. This was after a clearly documented pre-sales process where your main point of contact was a female member of our team.
3. On the 8th July 2024 the same female member of our team wrote to you confirming that she would be acting as your Account Manager. Your Account Manager has two degrees in business administration - a bachelors and a masters - and considerable experience in the industry. Between 8th July 2024 and the end of August 2024 you exchanged 33 emails with her. We understand that a number of online meetings also took place, for example on 24th July the only other person we ever met from your organisation sent an email to your Account Manager which starts, “Lovely to 'meet' you today!” Our records indicate that you also attended that meeting.
4. Your Account Manager did leave our team at the end of August. We cannot stop someone from leaving, nor would we want to.
5. You started exchanging emails with a male member of our team on in September 2024, and between September 2024 and 16th December 2024 you exchanged approximately 20 emails with him and had a number of online meetings. Prior to this, that member of our team was off work for a number of months over the summer due to a bad accident that happened in June 2024 and which caused him to have brain and eye injuries. These injuries are documented.
6. Prior to the email that you sent to us on Monday 24th May 2025, which was on the same day at virtually the same moment as posted your “reference” on Trustpilot”, the last email between us was on the 16th December 2024, when we wrote to you asking to have a meeting with you, and you did not reply to that email, although you must have seen it as you refer to it in the Trustpilot “review”.
7. There is no fraud and negative behaviour towards you. All members of our team have acted to the highest professional standards and this is fully and clearly documented. It is unfortunate that one of our team members had an accident with brain and eye injuries near the time when you joined us, but this was not someone who was responsible for our dealings with your organisation at that time. It is also unfortunate that your Account Manager, who was also the person responsible for recruiting your brand, left our team after working with you for two months, but as stated above this person is free to leave whenever she chooses, and another member of our team tried to communicate with you in a positive manner after this, but you chose not to continue to have meetings with him.

Be careful! Stay away from Orange Oasis!

I have been contacted few times by Orange Oasis in the past. I agree that this company looks very suspicious. I did my own research after speaking with their CEO and I can confirm that the brands they are working with all complain about the bad customer service and no results. All have paid reasonable amount of money upfront but no service has been delivered.
It's actually strange that they do not list their partners on their website.
I would like to warn brands to be very careful before signing the agreement with Orange Oasis. This company seems to be a fraud.

The comment that you make about no services being delivered is completely not true.

In almost every case, after a new brand joins us we typically go through an onboarding process, which costs a significant amount of money for us to deliver and generally takes about one month. Our onboarding process encompasses three elements: 1 we import each brand’s products into our own online showroom - we do the importing so it is done quickly and efficiently and brands do not need to do this themselves; 2 we work with each brand to create marketing material, including a brand’s profile customised to address wholesale buyers; and, 3 we conduct a significant amount of research into the potential markets for each brand, leading to the development of a unique targeted strategy. Onboarding culminates in an online Kick-Off Meeting where we agree the strategy with each brand, and we generally have regular review meetings after this, enabling our marketing to become more targeted and to get stronger and stronger by a dynamic processes of iteration.

Results are being achieved and incremental steps are continually being made. Developing international sales and marketing does take a lot of time, especially in the current economic climate, and this is particularly the case with our processes, many of which are very labour intensive and therefore very costly to deliver.

We are a business and some of our services do have a cost, but we know that we offer some of the least expensive options on the market. In all cases, where a service has a cost there will be a clear contract which our customers have agreed to in advance.

We did use to list all of the brands we work with on our website, but we had to stop doing this for two reasons: many of the brands we work with complained that they were continually being contacted for smaller brands asking for references and they could not cope with this; and buyers were not registering on our website and were instead contacting brands directly - we actively encourage buyers to contact brands directly, but this needs to be part of a process that we manage in order to ensure that each buyer is followed up correctly.

As a company that tries so hard to find and champion smaller brands with unique products and to help many of them make a significant step change in the dynamics of their international sales and marketing, it is heartbreaking when someone who we have clearly spent a lot of time interacting with makes such a scathing review.

You have clearly said that you are not one of our existing customers, but you are welcome to continue to engage with us, as we try extremely hard to find mutually acceptable ways of working with each new customer. Alternatively, should you choose not to work with us, reluctantly we accept this as your choice and we wish you good luck in the alternative methods you choose to expand your business.

Big Scam!!!!!!!!! Do not trust

I do not understand why Trust Pilot keeps removing my review. Orange Oasis asks money upfront from hardworking brands, promising you that he will make a sales for your and then tells you that he had an accident and his staff left him or makes many excuse due to which he is not able to fulfil the contract. If I were not a real customer would I know all of this information.
It was anyway a one man show as he and his colleague are life partners.
The point in any case they take money from small hardworking brands, does not plan or organise any meetings, no insight on which stores they are targeting for your brand, all they do is give you his calendar availability instead of sending you a plan and setting up a meeting you to discuss it. What are we supposed to do with a calendar availability without a proper plan in place to discuss. We work with many companies and have never seen so much incompetence.
Also, TRUSTPILOT why are you deleting review because this man is telling you, can't you see customers trying to report him and he is deleting these reviews.
The next and only step now is to report him to the UK authorities.

Yesterday this person posted a review mentioning our Director's 7 year old daughter and her mother. This is not funny, it is not a game. Since then they have modified their review slightly, but in our opinion mentioning small children in a public review is unforgivable and it should not be a revolving door where they can go out one minute and be allowed to re-enter another. This is pure and simple internet bullying and harassment.

This reviewer has used a false name and a non-existent phone number, which makes it impossible to address any specific issues. However, we are extremely responsible and transparent in how we work with our clients. In all cases: our remuneration from sales is based on a commission, which is only paid to us after a brand receives money from a buyer; some services are chargeable and in all such cases clients are notified of this in advance and are free to accept or reject each one; and, we select brands very carefully after meeting each one and facilitating a process of mutual discovery.
This process is fully documented in each case, and in every case if we or a client has any reservations, we encourage them not to work with us, as we only want to work with fully committed brand partners that we enjoy working with.

The level of services deliverable under each contract depends on a number of factors such as: how much is being charged; how much wholesale turnover from a specific region a brand is achieving before we start working with them; and how many points of sale they have and how reputable these points of sale are. In many cases we take on brands that are trying to make a fundamental change in how they work, and frequently we take on small brands with little or no wholesale sales traction in a particular region, that almost all other sales agencies would turn away as being unprofitable.

Where any brand is not satisfied with the level of services we provide, we encourage them to make a meeting with their account representative and give us the opportunity to address their concerns.

Attention!!!!!

I had a deeply disappointing experience working with this company. I felt pressured to leave a positive review, and was told that services might be withdrawn otherwise. Additionally, I was asked to investigate previous reviewers, which made me uncomfortable and seemed highly unprofessional.
This entire situation left me frustrated and concerned about how the company operates. I’m sharing this so others can make a fully informed decision before engaging.

Humane & Hard-working

I've worked with Laila and Michael from Orange Oasis — I like the way they communicate. From the get-go, the communication and agreements have been very clear and definite, something I rarely experience with agents (I work with several simultaneously).

Since June 2024

Since June 2024, Orange Oasis has been supporting us in the development of our Premium brand in BtoB. Their service is of high quality, and Michael, who is always attentive, has extensive experience in connecting with BtoB buyers in the Middle East and internationally. Our exchanges are very constructive, facilitating our meetings with wholesale points of sale.
