We have just had some work completed by Orange. It was a long job - much longer than originally planned, but we are delighted with the outcome.
There were three parts to the job: remodel the bathroom to include a utility room; move a boiler from the kitchen to the new utility room and build a new WC under the stairs.
A big part of the delay was down to a subcontractor who moved the boiler to the wrong place in the bathroom so the utility room couldn't be built and then refused to move it. I can't really hold Orange accountable for that as I was there with them when they briefed said contractor who clearly accepted the job and understood the brief.
However, I do think that Orange were at times overly optimistic about their ability to get things done by a certain time. You will note that I still give them 5 stars. That's because the people doing the job were hard working, diligent and keen to please. And despite the noise and disruption, they were the kind of people you really didn't mind having in your home.
What's more, the outcome is fantastic and I can't thank them enough. Great value for money too.

Orange Property recently completed my project. I would highly recommend this co. From planning through to execution the project was expertly managed. I was kept aware at each stage and the work people were courteous, clean and tidy and knowledgeable. The project was completed to a high standard and the timescale it took to achieve was on time. The lead repairman/builder/plumber/electrician, Dougal, is a professional. He knows what he is doing, is solution-focused and communicates clearly what needs to be done and the steps that will be taken to resolve or improve. He takes an holistic approach, so will notice if there are additional things that need to be taken care of and is proactive in remedying those, with a ‘can do’ approach. Aside from his craftsmanship, Dougal is a nice guy, with great interpersonal skills and is always friendly and polite. He ensures that there is minimal disruption in my home and he and his apprentice always clear up after themselves. We appreciate that Orange are able to provide such a great service. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Orange Property on our new 4-bedroom home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

The property itself was an older building in a conservation area, and it required a LOT of work to bring it up to modern standards. Orange Property took on a full refurbishment of the roof, electrics, plumbing, insulation and decoration, which was no small feat. They paid great attention to detail, making sure everything was up to standard while preserving the character of the property.

If you want quality work done on your building project, with no cut corners, I highly recommend Orange Property. You'll also get taken care of in the process, which takes lots of the stress out of it!

We wouldn't have had the confidence to buy our property without Orange Property helping us as it needed a lot of work to be liveable, and with baby #2 on the way the timeline was critical! The fact it's a heritage property in a conservation area also added to the pressure.

Orange delivered a full refurbishment on time and on budget. The roof was replaced, the whole thing was rewired, replumbed and bought up to modern insulation standards. We added (really smart) Velux windows at their recommendation that were an enormous upgrade on the original dormers. It all looks great and we love it!

The reason for taking the time to write this review though is to emphasise the care and attention Orange displayed throughout the process. They listened to our brief, were attentive to our needs (and the odd change) and rolled with the punches coming from an old building with some hidden surprises once the project started. Their people and partners were all lovely and displayed the same level of care whenever they came by.

We felt very looked after and want to return the favour with a strong review.

We used Orange property to carry out extensive exterior maintenance and repairs to our block of flats. The work was done to a high standard and throughout the works they were responsive to any questions or issues raised. They were also flexible, willing to adapt the initial works where necessary once they were able to fully assess the work required after the scaffolding was put up. Team members were friendly and professional, and the works remained within budget. I would be very happy to use them again.

After our hot water and central heating failed, the Orange Property team succeeded in sorting the issue where others had failed. They were excellent throughout at communication, as well as both reliable and efficient in solving the issue. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again if we need to.

Orange did quite good quality work but over promised and under delivered on how quickly they could finish the work, despite their commitment to the contrary.
