Used orange letting recently in the capacity of estate agent.
Quite a long process, after a few problems along the way , I’d like to give a big shout out to Julie Hulme who went the extra mile to help resolve issues. She got back to me when requested, an asset to this company.

Terrible customer service. Felt like dealt with juvenile children who respond in a professional manner by calling you “mate”. Broken promises, never did they turn up for house maintenance with dates and times agreed. Even times they had been you wouldn’t have known or known they had been. Poor company, easy to take your money out the bank though.

Really friendly and helpful staff who kept me informed of the sales process from start to finish.

Dishonest staff. Over-bearing scrutiny on rental properties for any sign of something not to their liking..

Don't answer phone-calls nor resolve issues for tenants. Might be good for investors, but not tenants. AVOID!

They are trying to get rid of the review now straight away...shows the level of dishonesty. A right to remain anonymous due to an aggressive member of staff - no hidden agenda here. Truthful review.

They had a bad review on Zoopla too (evidence available) but strangely it disappeared off the site...wanting rid of the truth so they ensured it was removed.

If your wanting a smooth sale with fast responses to your queries at the best fees in the area, honestly these are your people. A fantastic company, selling our property in only 7 weeks start to finish. Not only did they find our tenants a new home. They secured a quick sale for our property in a time when sales are generally quiet, Jan/Feb. Communication between owner/buyer has been exceptional. Making this the smoothest move ever. I can't thank David and the team at Orange enough for their professional advice and great service
