Scammers

Positively: The repair was done quickly and adequately, the repairman was a bit of a smooth talker but he seemed knowledgeable and skilled.

Negatively: The repairman charged us €228 for an original Bosch part that you can order online for about €45 (which I found out afterwards, only because he left the faulty part, not because it was specified clearly on the handwritten bill). This price difference is plain scam.

We tried calling the company multiple times but they are not answering the phone. We filled out a complaint form on their website but have not been called back.

We feel ripped off, not a good company.
