I had an amazing experience with Orbion Jewels designing my anniversary wedding set. This was my first custom ring and the communication was great from start to finish. Shipping was fast and my rings were even more beautiful in person!

My ring CAD design was sent very quickly and I was delighted with the results. The timeline was realistic and only delays were in my wanting to make sure every detail was perfect. Kunal was always very quick to help with anything.

I cannot recommend Orbion Jewels enough. Kunal was quick to respond to my initial message and created CAD designs matching my request perfectly. The payment and process was explained clearly, and Kunal kept in contact throughout, showing me the stone when it was cut, then the ring when it was complete. I don't doubt that should there have been any issues (which there weren't - it was perfect!) that Kunal would have done whatever possible to resolve them. The ring arrived beautifully packaged and I can't express how high quality it is and how it is exactly as planned. The price and quality compared to anything else I could find is just incredible. If you're hesitating to order - don't! Utilise this amazing business, I will definitley be ordering again and might just have found my custom jeweller for life! Thank you Orbion!

I am beyond happy with my Orbion order! I had a costume piece made, was kept updated throughout the whole process and received the beste costumer service possible! We ordered this ring as an engagement ring for my husband with a little pear moissanite to match my engagement ring! It looks so cute! The craftsmanships is amazing, materials are high quality! I have bought from similar sellers but Orbion definitely was the best in all categories, I will therefore definitely come back an buy more from Orbion!

I worked with Kunal for quite a long time going back and fourth with my designs and incorporating his expertise and professional advice. He was patient, respectful and kind the entire process. I had a custom diamond pendant created which is truly spectacular. I highly recommend Kunal and his team.

Their work is so so gorgeous! I was able to send my scribbled idea and they very quickly translated it into a beautiful item of jewellery and had it made and shipped to the UK. I received a CAD, stone video and final item video all in very responsive timescales. The finished item is my dream ring!

Very pretty earrings that look to be very well made. I like the screw that way I don’t loose them. Very nice packaging as well.
