While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

FRAUD WARNING: Funds Withheld, No FCA Licence, Part of Organised Payment Fraud Network

Do not send money to Orbios (orbios.money) under any circumstances.

We used Orbios as a payment provider. They presented a professional website, claimed a licence, displayed Visa and Mastercard logos, and appeared compliant. After onboarding and depositing funds, withdrawal requests were ignored. Communication became vague, then stopped entirely. Our funds remain withheld with no legal justification provided.

Our subsequent investigation revealed the following:

— Orbios Payment Ltd (UK Companies House No. 13343937) is NOT registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). They are operating payment services in the UK and EU with no valid licence.
— Their claimed Canadian MSB licence (M22520977) does not cover EU or UK payment operations. It is used purely as window dressing.
— Their registered address — Dns House, 382 Kenton Road, Harrow — is a well-known virtual office used by hundreds of shell companies. There are no real operations there.
— Orbios is connected to Libernetix OÜ, a confirmed fraudulent Estonian payment processor rated RED by compliance platform RateEx42. The two companies share the same storefront network, the same acquiring chain, and the same operational playbook.
— Transactions to Orbios appear on victim bank statements under disguised descriptors including "UG*solarbee", "Amesomic", "SpaceEdge", and "Unicorn Group AG" — clear evidence of transaction miscoding through a network of fake storefronts used to hide the true merchant from cardholders and card schemes.
— The acquiring bank behind these transactions is Unicorn Group AG (Lugano, Switzerland), a Visa and Mastercard principal member whose own published prohibited industries policy explicitly bans Money Transmission — yet Orbios is precisely that.
— SolarBee (solarbee.io, Poland), the primary storefront for Orbios transactions, shares an identical website template, platform, and infrastructure with Orbios itself — strongly indicating the same operator behind both.

We have filed formal complaints with the UK FCA, UK Action Fraud, UK Gambling Commission, Estonian Police, Finantsinspektsioon, FINMA Switzerland, Europol, FATF, and directly with Visa and Mastercard requesting VIRP and BRAM proceedings against the acquirer.

Full evidence, all connected entities, and victim support at orbiosscam.com. See also libernetixscam.com for the connected Libernetix fraud.

If you see "UG*solarbee", "SpaceEdge", "Amesomic", or "Unicorn Group AG" on your bank statement for a transaction you don't recognise, contact your bank immediately and report at orbiosscam.com.
