5 Star for the number plate
5 Star for the number plate and 2 Stars for the dispatch team.
I have purchased Number Plates from Orbiz in the past and this time when I ordered a Number Plate for my other car the Dispatch team messed up with the address and sent it to my home town which is 1700kms away from me.
Although I managed it somehow and got my number plate, these type of blunders should not happen

Received damaged number plates - no response to request for replacement
Received the number plates I had ordered bent out of shape. Sent an email with photographs requesting a replacement, to which I received a very casual response saying they can be bent back in shape and used.
I paid for something that I’m supposed to receive in brand new condition....and received an unsatisfactory response. I cannot use the plates I was sent..and no response to my request for a replacement of my order. I am a customer who has bought more than 3-4 times from you. Very unsatisfied with my last transaction.

One of THE BEST people fit for doing business not just in India, but worldwide. I had placed 2 orders so far, first time through website & the number plate was delivered right next day
Second time, it was a customized order & I realized technology has been best adopted (very rare to see such business in India). Just like how payment was done in minutes, they also assured the shipment to be sent on same day evening.
