This young man Ramsey was beyond outstanding.
Myself and 2 coworkers had a flight that went thru Chicago and due to weather had to be changed
Ramsey was professional, thoughtful and worked tirelessly to assist with flight changes
He remained calm and concerned thru out the process and should be commended over and over for his outstanding work and efforts
After this expierience I will be singing his praises to all my family and friends
I hope this review finds its way to his supervisors so he can be highly recognized for his GREAT WORK !!

If I could give zero stars I would. I thought I was calling the Expedia customer service. They lied to me from the start of the conversation. They lied about flights, they lied about cost and what I would be charged for. When I finally received the bill they had charged me $350 over what Expedia and or Delta was charging for my other 2 tickets. The base price for the tick was the same BUT they charged $530 dollars in taxes and fees while Expedia/Delta only charged about $170 in taxes and fees and that included trip insurance. WORST TRAVEL COMPANY I have used ever.

Joey was very helpful with using my flight credit on January 2 so I could fly to see my sister for her birthday at the end of the month. The flight was booking fast and the price was rising, but Joey got me taken care of quickly and I am very happy. My husband was listening too because of speaker phone and he was impressed.

I spent almost three hours on phone with airlines and several agencies and everyone refused to assist me. I was transferred to Hannah who listened to my concerns and offered to make my changes for a fee. It was imperative that I get home tomorrow on an earlier flight and she was able to make that happen .Her patience and amazing customer service skills need to be rewarded . She was understanding and empathetic and I can’t thank her enough for her help in my time of need. Please recognize what a wonderful employee she is. Thank you Hannah!!!!!

I have a new travel agency! OrbTickets with Jessica, will be my go-to service for trips and lodging from now on! I can’t believe how helpful Jessica was! She really helped me to understand the urgency that goes with getting a good price on international flights! Once I contacted her - she kept me on target (which is no easy task) and made sure I got everything done done done. It wasn’t luck that I got to fly out and back with the wedding party, it was Jessica!! Without her help on all the phone calls, I would have missed that chance!!

Because my brother decides to get married for the third time, 23 hours away by plane through Jakarta? What?!? Jessica not only set up the trip for my brother and his 14 person entourage, but managed to get myself and my fiancé seats on the same flights a while after they booked. Getting us on to the same flights as my brother and his crew, including getting us the last pair of seats on the crux flight (the happy return) with minutes to spare! Jessica is the one to get it done!

Jessica was so pleasant with us and spent hours coordinating our wedding flight plans. It was with 12 people so there were lots of details. She got us great prices and didn't leave us until we were sure everything was finished and confirmed. Answered all our questions. Highly recommended - very friendly!

Agent booked from San Jose, California instead of San Jose, COSTA RICA in spite of the fact that she was told multiple times that I wanted COSTA RICA. I called within minutes of receiving the tickets to point out the problem and get it changed to the correct destination. In spite of the fact that the agent booked it wrong, ORBITZ has charged me for the incorrect tickets.

Hannah was remarkable! Not only did she cheerfully and professionally answer all my questions; she crafted changes that met my needs.
Personnel like Hannah are why I’ve flown Delta since 1964.

We had a recent death in our family. The funeral was scheduled for the date of our trip to Nashville to see our son and his family.
