Andre Smith was very patient and solve our problem in looking for a flight fpr us back to Boston. He was polite and guided us step by step during the process. He was proactive and he made sure we were all set including checking us in. It was a total disaster with the previous support that hang up on us. But with Andre Smith, he handled our issue with such passion on helping us out until the end of the process. Thank you sooooo much!

Scam, tried to get my dad to pay $300 extra for a flight that was already booked.

Ramsey made my experience outstanding. Of course, I wasn't happy that our flight was pushed back causing us to miss our connecting flights. By the time Ramsey had gotten us taken care of, Our flights have less layovers and cost less than the original. If we had to reschedule, I am grateful Ramsey took care of us. He worked very hard for us and we really appreciate him.

My flight was cancelled suddenly and I got through to Orb Tickets. I'm not sure how but RAMSEY answered all my questions and made me new reservations immediately!

He even called by bank to confirm that the information was correct and waited until I got my corrected ticket information. Very good service.

Easy no hassle, and easy to understand

I thought i was TALKING TO DELTA AIRLINES but nope, it was ORBTickets. I was totally unaware because they playoff like they were Delta Airlines. I made the comment to Hanna how i was surprised i got through to Delta with little to no hold time. She told me it was because they had many agents. DO BEWARE !! The link I click on looked like the official site, which was stated in the link for Delta Airlines. It had their logo……the link I clicked on was Delta-Airlines.com (notice the dash) They charged me $200. to make a reservation for my dog and to give him his own itinerary. Delta doesn’t make reservation or itineraries for your pet). I found this out when I noticed it wasn’t Delta I had talked to earlier in the day, I got on the phone immediately. This time I got through to the OFFICIAL Delta Airlines. When I asked about my pets itinerary, they were confused and had me repeat my question to make sure they heard my right. They told me pets don’t get itineraries and they would never charge $200. ORBTicketing This company also told me I would pay $150. at the airport and I’d have to fill out paperwork. I said to Hanna….’WOW, Delta gets $200. and the airport $150., I guess everybody gets their cut’ Hanna replied yes.
BEWARE OF THIS SCAM !!
