My realtor Jacque Maloy was able to sell my condo while everything around me is still languishing on the market. Although I didn't get as much as I wanted, I understand it's the down market. I hired Jacque after my contract with another realtor expired. I wish I had hired her first!

I had a wonderful experience selling my home in one if my most toughest seasons of life. Orchard and Agent Greyson provided top tier treatment from start to finish. I honestly can say without them, I would not be in the place I am today.

Sign not very visible from the street! We circled 10th Avenue 4 times looking for location. There was No parking lot that was aligned with the Orchard restaurant that I went to a couple of years ago, New venue not recognizable! But it did have the plants and chandeliers! Food is now Korean?? But it was pretty good, Drinks were good! Service was good! Price was kind of high for lunch! Open Table was not necessary (but did reserve with them) as the restaurant was quite empty at 1:30 pm

Take a short time to complete the deal

The ease with selling my home was nice but in the disappointed. However I was seriously misinformed on what I could expected financially if the house sold at the 90 day mark. Initially I was as told that I could expect additional funds if the house where sold in 90 day time frame but not after 120 days. My house went into negotiations for sale during 90dsy ti.e frame and I did not get any additional funds. Supposedly because the finances were I accurately figured. It seemed like they double charged me twice for sales expenses. I would not trust them again.

Tiffaine, was wonderful and informative through the whole process. She was there to answer our questions & to make sure we got a fair offer from the buyer.

This is my first time selling a home and I’m using Julia with Orchard. She has been phenomenal and the selling process has been very smooth. I will be sure and refer her to everyone.

Straightforward refinance, and all the is were dotted and ts crossed

There was very little communication during the listing, I have to contact the realtor every time to ask her what was going on, a lot of the fees were not explained correctly to me up front, I was overcharged for things like lawn maintenance and utility bills after I moved out. An empty house does not have high utility bills but the bills had to be changed into Orchard's name as part of the agreement so I don't know what the bills were but I know what I paid the five years I own the house and it was nowhere close to what they charged me. I felt so alone most of the time without any information which is different than a normal realtor client situation. The only convenient part was that I was able to move out and purchase my other home before we listed my home but It ultimately cost me money. You're giving a percentage to do that which is around 85% of the homes value with the agreement that they will try to sell it for the other 15% or higher to get full value or more but I don't believe we're proactive to do that. I would not use Orchard again I will just do a traditional real estate agency
