I have been having Osteopathy treatment at The Orchard Clinic at Biddenham Beds. I receive my treatment from Billy Aylmore. He explained what he was going to do. Although he said he couldn't fix it, he certainly made my life bearable until I have the surgery I need. He is always kind and polite. I have been going for follow ups for a year and will be going again if and when needed. I would recommend anyone that needs to see a Osteopath to go to the clinic.

This was my first visit to this practice. My first impressions didn’t start well. The noise of music and apparatus from the main room while I was waiting was so loud and very annoying considering I was in a clinic. The appointment started 10 minutes late and lasted 20 minutes. I filled in a form in advance about my medical history and medication none of which was discussed. Then to top it all my big toe was cut with the cutters and I cannot put closed shoes on because it is sore. All this and the experience cost me nearly £60. Suffice to say I will not be returning.

The osteopath that I had at the orchard was excellent. His manner was great. I had a very painful trapped nerve and he put me at ease. He explained everything in detail and I knew what he was doing at every stage.

This was my second visit to the Podiatrists at Orchard Clinic, and I'll go back again. Very good service.

Elli is amazing! So kind and patient and highly knowledgeable. She has treated two of my clients - one who has an acquired brain and another with dementia. She has a natural ability to deal with individuals with difficulties. I would highly recommend Elli!

Great experience all round. Easy to book an appointment (I only had to wait 3 days) I booked my 14 year old son to see podiatrist Kai-Ti as he has been suffering with an infected ingrown toenail for a few weeks. She was brilliant! Explained everything she was doing as she did it, checked his comfort throughout and put us both at ease with her kind and gentle nature. Thank you!!!

We brought our 6 month old son to the Orchard Clinic to have him checked over, as we were concerned that he had some muscular tightness in his neck and spine. Billy, who treated our son, was very clear and concise when explaining what the issues were and was very careful with our son. There has been a clear difference in his movement following the appointments. Should further treatment be required in the future, I would have no second thoughts about returning to this practice and professional.

Completed a course of osteopathy at Brampton (Katie) and diagnosis/treatment was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Attended the Orchard Clinic this morning. I had an initial appointment with Kayla.

Very professional in treatment and manner

This was my husbands second visit to the Podiatry Clinic. He was extremely pleased with treatment he received from Kayla. She is very reassuring and professional .

Always nice to have a meet and greet at the first interaction I feel and that’s what I received, a initial consultation and general health questionnaire which was completed via face to face questions and my consultant (Melissa) inputting my responses without bias. A explanation of what is the best course of action and treatment and she was down to work.
Results so far are that my elbow has more movement than it did when I first went in and I’m in a lot less pain then when I went in without popping pills so to date I would say a successful first visit although I Have booked another appointment in a weeks time and see where we go from there.

I went to see Melissa after consulting google on how to deal with my back pain which did not improve after a few weeks. Melissa was able to quickly diagnose that I was treating myself for sciatica which I did not have and the pain was a result of something entirely different. My pain started to ease from the first consultation following a stretching plan Melissa gave to me and continues to improve daily. She is very friendly and you're made to feel very comfortable.
