Has AI taken over?

I ordered a tee which arrived torn and with black marks on it. It either fell off the UPS truck or snagged on some machinery... I immediately tried to contact the company but no one ever picked up the phone, I left two messages and no one called me back and finally after a couple of emails I received a response that they are looking into the issue. It's been a week and I've not heard back. If this is our AI future I am disappointed.

Alisa Driver scammed us into thinking they were a great company to sell on and they never paid their bills! Avoid her (scammer) and the company!!!

ORCHID MILES IS A FRAUD — BEWARE

This company is a complete scam. They collect payments on behalf of designers and then never pay out the money that is owed. One designer has shipped over $10,000 worth of merchandise in just six months, all successfully delivered to Orchid Miles customers — yet Orchid Miles has kept 100% of the payments and has not paid the designer a single dollar.

They continue to sell products, collect money, and refuse to release funds that rightfully belong to the brands doing the work.

Avoid this company at all costs. Designers, boutiques, and brands — protect yourselves. Orchid Miles does NOT pay for the merchandise they sell.

I tried ordering from OrchardMile and…

I tried ordering from OrchardMile and it was a very frustrating experience. My item arrived late, and when I tried to return it because it was damaged / not as described - getting a refund turned into a nightmare: they made me wait weeks, ignored phone calls and emails, and communication was basically nonexistent. Even after returning the product, the refund was delayed or still pending. Overall, it felt like they don't care about customers once they've taken your money. I wouldn't order from them again.

Orchard mile SCAM : unresponsive to calls

Orchard mile unresponsive to calls, emails and live chats. No progress on order.
I recently made a purchase online for an expensive Sandro sweater to match a Sandro skirt and I have & the order was not delivered. I have called, used live chat and emailed and have received no action. I regret that I did not check reviews before putting my order in and see copious 1 star reviews on site-jabber communicating the same issues. Fed ex did not deliver as we have a ring camera, they showed a photo of the label instead of the package at our door photo that we always receive. No tracking or updates were sent once I placed my order. Now contacting credit card company for refund!

Smooth Experience

I ordered a pair of Sandro shoes to be delivered to New Zealand and had absolutely no problems at all. They took about two weeks to arrive which I think is totally fine. I've only used them once and my interaction did not include a return (seems to be what most bad reviews are about), and I had no issues.

Refunds take forever but do come eventually ok

Ok, I got a great discount for using their website instead of just through the vendor themself, thats why I went with them. I ordered the $$$ boots on a Monday and they arrived on a Wednesday, without any tracking or shipping notifications on their site, just showed up at work. Ok fine, thats not terrible. I realized shoot I have to return these, but then was on the fence about it, then thought too much time went by, but then got an email from Kat from OM saying hi, you still have a few days to return it if you havent yet. So I was super relieved, and I returned them. Do be aware, and they do list it on their site, that refunds and returns take a long long time. If you cant afford to have the money tied up for 30 or more days, do not use the site. The return was received at their return warehouse Dec. 10, the "refund is initiated" email came Dec 24, and the refund came Jan 6th and is still pending in my bank. Just have all that in mind. Kat was nice and answered every email. I never tried to call. Afterpay will keep taking money for the item until a week or more after the refund initiated email ok. Dont freak out.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY - there is no actual store or address

I ordered a pair of Paige pants and was charged for them. I returned them a few days later and it's been over 60 days and I have still not received my refund. This site is a total fraud. They actually don't own any inventory. They have everything shipped directly to their customers from the vendors. They have no address. They are just the middleman. Therefore, you should only order directly from the company you want and not order from this company. It is cheaper and there is actual customer service.

Never order from this company

Never order from this company. I ordered a dress a week ago, was told I’d get a shipping confirmation in 2-3 business days. Day 5 and getting the run around from online customer service (by the way, they don’t return phone calls!). Now my request for a refund is being ignored. Do not shop with orchard mile.

I don't get the negative reviews

I don't get the negative reviews, honestly. I ordered from Germany and there was a bit of a challenge with the website at first (which stubbornly refused to letting me place my order). But the customer service was top notch. They were super helpful and friendly. And they kept me updated the whole way through.
Even with Christmas chaos in full swing, my package still showed up a few weeks later. I'd totally recommend this shop and wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again. The team really went the "extra mile" to make sure everything was sorted and I appreciate that kind of effort, especially during the holiday rush.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! I would never purchase from this company again, customer service is horrible!! They do not answer their phone, or respond back through email. Been waiting a month on a return for a $500 purchase, can’t get anyone to give me an answer on when it will be issued. Worst online purchase experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered a dress and ended up dealing…

I ordered a dress and ended up dealing directly with the small dress manufacturer who was much more responsive and wonderful. I cancelled the order so I never received the order and my payment was still pending. Orchard Mile let the payment go through and now I can tell it’s going to be a long process to get reimbursed. I should have read the reviews

I had a horrible experience after…

I had a horrible experience after purchasing an item that was over $1000. It has been almost two months and I still have not received my refund. Every time I email they blame it on someone else. I DO NOT recommend this store.

Awful!

Awful!! Do NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They will wait 30 BUSINESS days, possibly more to refund you!! If you get a refund at all!
Never again will I purchase anything from Orchard MiLE! I hope this helps others also choose not to buy! Not worth it! They don’t care, they will make you wait for your refund. They will lie and say they are speeding it up for you but they are just full of it!! BEWARE!!!!! Consulting BBB next

Extremely slow shipping, and even slower refund

8 days after I placed an order from them I still had not received my item. I called several times on the phone number they provided and no one answered. I then emailed them and finally got through to someone who told me my package was shipped. All in all it took like 3 weeks to get my package. I then wanted to return the shoes as they were too big. I sent them back and the manufacturer took about 30 calendar days to refund me the money. From initially ordering and getting a refund it was 2 months. I will never buy from them again.
