Orchard delivered and installed our new doors and windows to our bungalow, and did a stunning job. The small snags were attended to and Mark and his team were pleasant, professional and cheery on site.

After the success of that project I asked Orchard if they could build our new orangery, as the contractor (Bespoke Designs Rutland) had failed to deliver (Badly...) and we wanted to build a 40 square meter orangery - before Christmas.

They delivered.
On Time.
On Budget.
And were a pleasure to work with.

There were challenges, as groundworks can always unearth things that were not planned for, but a positive can do attitude made thing happen.

I can whole heartedly recommend them for windows and and orangery contracts.

Initially very pleased with our new kitchen. The quality seemed very good and the fitter was excellent.
However, after 4 years the gloss laminate started to become detached from some of the doors, looked as if the glue had failed. They initially came out to look and said this shouldn't have happened and promised to replace the affected doors.
Then nothing happened for months and they just didn't want to know, had to threaten legal action before they would respond. Then Covid. Still waiting. Problem could have easily been solved with some contact glue and a liitle professional labour.
Very poor customer service when there is a problem.
