I ordered an Order of Service for my Aunties funeral, Donna made the whole process stress free, she talked me through what was needed and made suggestions which really enhanced the final outcome, printing poems and prayers which helped it flow, Even when changes to venue of wake and poem readers were made, Donna edited the proof and got it back for approval within an hour.
I would highly recommend Orchid memories to anyone who needs this type of service.

Donna produced the most beautiful bespoke order of service for my father’s funeral. Donna was so professional, kind and efficient, it made the whole process very easy. They were delivered to the funeral directors and were perfect and such high quality, we were so pleased and grateful to have found Orchid.
