I received my order but unfortunately they are NOT SILK pillow cases . They are satin. MISLEADING AND THAT IS FRAUD. charge me for an expensive pillowcase but its not real . NEEDS REPORTING !! DONT BUY

This company is misleading customers about their products.

Items advertised as “silk” are clearly not silk. I own genuine silk pieces and know exactly how they should look and feel - this is not it. The material is polyester.

I have already reported this to 'Report Fraud' police and will also be raising it with Trading Standards and Citizens Advice .

I strongly encourage others who have had similar experiences to report them as well. The more reports, the harder it is for companies like this to continue misleading people the faster they will close them down in the UK.

Their website is using Claudfare to hide their location and they put only UK magazine location from Hatfield on delivery label(dropshipping). The company is not registered on Companies House.

The pillowcases are not expensive maybe not pure silk but they're fine for my grandchildren who love them. However the champagne colour is more like gold.

I don't understand how this company exists and it still hasn't been taken off the market. They go over the top with their explanation of how good they products are and about their commitment to high quality, only to fool you into buying from them. The pillowcases I bought were not real silk but cheap polyester, they sent me the wrong colour too. The customer service is very poor, they offered to refund 30% only for sending the fake items. The products were sent from China despite the fact that the website looks UK based. Beware, it's a scam.

I purchased two Mulberry silk pillow cases. The shipping took around 10 days. Once I opened the box, I saw rather elegant, minimalistic style packaging. The pillowcases however look and feel like a 100% fake. They are rigid, exceptionally shiny and have 0 stretch. Basically felt like any other synthetic, cheap satin material.
Then the request for return procedure began. Currently, im asking a 3rd time for assistance to make a return, and I'll I get from their customer support is passive rejection. To the first email they replied, basically saying that they material is great and dont understand why do I want to return it. The second email states that is pure silk and I should take the pillow cases to a test center and have them tested. I am expecting this to keep going for a while.
I do not recommend! Simply a scam.

I ordered 2 products, Item 1 was fine, Item 2 was not as described on the web site. I contacted them, they asked for Photos which I sent. However back came the response that No Refunds of Return on sale items. Absolutely no comment about the item not being as advertised. However they were willing to return 30% of my item. Thankfully, I paid with Pay Pal, so managed to get my refund through them.

Avoid this site. They are in China so delivery takes much longer than quoted and the pillow cases are NOT genuine silk, just cheap fake. They will then also refuse a refund saying they don’t accept returns!!
The only thing I could do was raise a credit card chargeback.

This is not silk but pure synthetics. Avoid this scam sellers! Also you won't be able to get refund as they don't give it for items on sale.

Not a genuine silk.pilowcases came from China. Unable to get a refund as per their policy (written on the bottom ) you can't return it if purchased with a discount /promotion. Poor quality, Simple satin has better quality than this. Avoid!

Worst quality, not genuine silk as stated. Got a refund thankfully within a couple sleeps stitching came apart on both pillowcases.

Sold as silk but not silk. Cheap material! I paid £55 for 3 crappy pillow cases!

Do not purchase from this company and avoid at all costs terrible customer service. They make promises to send items which never arrive

The website is not transparent about the place of origin of the items. I ordered silk pillowcases for my friend’s birthday, didn’t know they would come from China, I wouldn’t ordered if I knew as I’m doing my best to buy locally, so I am doubly disappointed. They obviously arrived late, after I had left the country. Since I never saw them, I can’t judge the quality, but the experience was less than satisfactory. I don’t seem to be able to add a review on their website which makes it even more fishy.

Ordered 2 silk pillowslips which took 2 weeks to arrive as they came from China, not UK as led to believe on their website. They are definitely not mulberry silk but sateen. Very disappointed would not recommend

I bought two standard size pillowcases which to me means 75x50 they sent ones measuring 51x66! And according to them I in the wrong !!! They refuse to acknowledge my complaints and will not give me a refund!
What a rotten,cheating company!

Do disappointed, false advertising. I ordered a supposed to be milulberry silk bonnet but opened the package and it some cheap Chinese whatever material. Super disappointed, I just asked for refund but I doubt if they ll answer :(

I have been very pleased with the things I have bought. The postage takes a bit longer than expected but all the silk pillowcases I have are excellent quality

My item took a while but after reading it was coming from china.
However it was well worth the wait 👍🏻my pillowcases are beautiful😊
When I got in touch the reply is very prompt, which is very good . 😊
