Whilst it was slightly difficult at first to work out how to use the site, once mastered it was easy and we were reassured that some checks would be made prior to printing and sending out. The quality of the printed service is very good.

I found it really easy to use the designer tool to create my own order of service. From here, the service was excellent. Communication was clear throughout and my orders of service were quickly produced and delivered ahead of time. I was also really impressed with the quality of the orders - great value for money!

Very easy to use software for designing the booklets. Delivery and customer service excellent. End result was very good.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more for my nan’s order of service. It’s so beautiful and such a lovely tribute to her – it really means a lot to us as a family. The design is soft and elegant, and the photo is just perfect. It feels really personal and captures her so well.
What makes it even more special is that it was all done in less than 48 hours, which I’m so grateful for at such a difficult time. The communication from the business was amazing throughout, and the service was truly excellent. They made everything feel so easy when we needed it most, and I really appreciate the care and effort that went into it.

Highly recommended Esmee & her team at order of service for funeral. I used the company 16months prior for my mum's order of service & everyone really liked the order of service, the funeral directors also liked the online flipbook when I showed them.

Because we wanted the same design for my dad's order of service Esmee was able to find the one they created for my mum & re use it for my dad (with different readings/poems).

Any change requested was always handled quickly and efficiently & the online chat was very helpful when deciding which postal deadline to pick.

Easy website to design your own personal touch to a booklet for the sad occasion, but be able to put warmth into it with your own photos and words. Great price, fast printing and delivery, thank you kindly.

I had difficulty with some of the tech aspects of the website but Esmee was brilliant in doing a lot of it for me and really quickly too. This meant we ended up with a really lovely Order of Service delivered on time. I would certainly recommend use of this site.

Selected a style and working with Esmee, produced an order of service we wanted for a funeral. Design selected was purple 168. Esmee was responsive and helpful through the websites online chat bringing a project together in quick time due to the short time and date set for the funeral date. Delivery was selected with a matt laminated finish, which was great quality. The delivery was prompt and effective within 36 hours of order. great service
