Great support from Hannah at Orderwise today. Helped with my initial problem and offered support on a couple of other issues too. Good that Orderwise are now talking to their customers again as we had just been receiving email support recently which was very disappointing. They charge a lot for support & need to look after their customers better, so good to see that seems to be the case now.

Can always get an answer shortly after putting in a ticket, and most of the time it is helpful.
Unfortunately it's hard to get support with custom code but they at least offer guidance in the right direction if it's an issue with the program itself.

I have found Joe to be very helpful, and has gone some way to improving my recent view of Orderwise. Having requested a bespoke report, he called me to ascertain that he had all of the detail, talked it through with a good manner and built the report.
When i asked for a further amendment, i also advised that the 1 week period for any changes would surpass with the user of the report on leave, Joe was very accommodating on his return.
