Insufferable. I ordered 5 pairs of 18kt findings and it was cancelled due to a pricing error on their side. Fine, I placed another order at the updated price after some delay. The shipping took some time. Then, the package apparently required a signature, resulting in an inconvenient post office trip. The final grievance is that the findings were not at all as pictured or described. Materially different--asserted as 4.01 mm and instead measured 3 mm. They confused their listings and sent the wrong product. I contacted them and no response after 2 business days.

I strongly recommend anyone to never buy from ORE-METALS.com. This has been the worst e-commerce experience I have had. I have the entire case fully documented and can provide evidence upon request.

The company claims to use AI to enhance product images; however, this is misleading. The images advertised represent products that do not exist. The item received does not match the product shown or described.

I spent several months attempting to return the product for repair. During this period, the sales team was negligent and repeatedly stated that the returned item had not been received. Only after I provided official delivery confirmation from Australia Post did they acknowledge receipt. The product was then returned to me unfinished and of poor quality.

No certificate was provided, despite it being expected as part of the purchase. I lost nearly USD 100, with no resolution—resulting in a waste of both time and money.
