Absolute scam website. Order has not been delivered. Ordered August 31. Have been given multiple excuses; delayed shipping, stuck at customs, movement was incorrect (after being told it was shipped), etc. They're website is a knock off of other sites. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered the watch last month all going well, email on the 11th saying it's on it's way! Then.... nothing it's still stuck in checking... All very disappointing, now they don't even answer chatbox questions. I've asked for a refund, see what happens now. I'll give it another 7 days then I'll have to take it up with my credit card company. I think this is the first negative review I've ever had to write! So well done at least you've got a first there!

This was a crap shoot just recd the we watch yesterday if it looked like the photo would have been great I can tell this is a seiko knock off and will be sending back. The crystal on the watch seems. Cloudy and not clear

No instruction manual was offered so pretty useless to understand how to use the buttons and adjust settings

Ordered a watch over 3 weeks ago. Still dont have it. No tracking number, nothing. This must be a scam...

Very happy with my Seiko Scubamaster which is, as described in the advertisement. Looks cool and feels durable so I’m looking forward to enjoying wearing it. Delivery was within the time specified on purchase but the tracking didn’t work and the watch just arrived on my doorstep one day. Not ideal.

I note that there are some positive reviews.The rhythm appears bizarrely the same.
One must remember that a little time and effort is required to set up a web site ,have some positive comments have a number in another country and a support line all to appear to be boni fida. The watch I received was a best a 10 dollar watch you buy at the beach.There was no customs stamp just a PO No in Colchester.I would deduce that the “company” is based in UK .

Received a request for more information,this requests personnel details contrary to GDPR. I am not giving any details.The process which Oregami is further delay tactics .I have every screen shot from thier website of communication and bizarre statements.

The watch did not go through customs.The watch does not work and it is crap worth 10 dollars.
There is also other companies which follow the same model with a variation of the name Oregami…who have luggage/Tea with the same format .Maybe trustpilot should do due diligence .The reason why “Oregami” wish to be see more detail is to continue the sham and from their perspective they may have to shut up shop which takes effort.Currently they are mitigated this.

Very smooth experiance from start to finish. The order updates were clear and timely, and my watch arrived right on schedule.

My watch never arrived, very disappointed and lost almost 300.00 order was placed 3 weeks ago, have not heard anything

Prior to purchasing the SpeedSeiko from Oregami Watches, I reached out via email to confirm multiple suspected features that I believed to be misrepresented.

The first is that the watch requires no battery. Support was very prompt to respond and provide specific clarification. While I still believe that it is unacceptable that they continue to misrepresent this feature on their product page, I was at least given a detailed response that allowed me to make an educated decision.

My second point of clarification was in regards to the complications (dials) of the watch. The images on the website clearly show complications at the 9 o’clock (60 second), 6 o’clock (12 hour), and 3 o’clock (30 min.). I provided very specific description and clarity regarding the fact that this was my expectation. This was confirmed in writing - again prior to purchase.

Upon purchase, the order confirmation again clearly shows the described and confirmed complications.

The watch received is completely different inaccurate complications at different positions on the dial.

Customer Support was immediately notified and while responsive, has dragged their feet regarding resolution for more than 1 week.

Today, I was notified that in order to process a claim, I am being held responsible for return shipping.

Had I not done everything that I could to verify the watch PRIOR to purchase, I could perhaps be convinced to accept some level of responsibilty.

Because I was not only deceived by the website, but also in writing by a member of their Customer Service team, I do not believe that I should be held responsible in any way.

I would caution ANY buyer to reconsider any potential purchase from this company.

While I hope that my experience is an isolated case, I have been left to believe that the misrepresentation of the watches that they sell are misrepresented and deliberately deceptive.

It pains me to offer 1 star only because ZERO stars is not an option.

I was excited to see my new watch that I ordered, when it arrived it did not disappoint, I loved it!
