Owner is mentally ill

I ordered two spore prints. Only one arrived. I contacted support and the owner said that it was absolutely impossible. He had photographic proof... But he accidentally deleted it. He refunded my entire order, and then insulted and berated me for trying to ruin his life and gaslight him. I never said a single unkind word to this man and I never even asked for a refund. I was just trying to figure out what happened.
When you run a business, you cannot treat your customers like trash. Dude.
Anyway i am giving two stars instead of one since he did give a refund but the insults and stuff were just way over the top.
