Cute pieces & pretty packaging

My order has never arrived. I have spent over £100 on jewellery which I have never received. I complained with the delivery company who have told me to contact Orelia directly. I have done so multiple times and been ignored by Orelia. Which is such a shame as I was really looking forward to my order. Now I am out of pocket by £112 and do not have anything to show for it.

****AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!***Ordered a necklace in a stylish box which I paid more for, item arrived and it was such poor quality as if I had purchased from a child’s toy store.
I made contact with the company as per their refund policy back on 21st June, I have sent numerous chasing emails and to date have heard nothing, I have tried so many times to get hold of them through email and their website enquiry form. Have now escalated to my bank to deal with the issue

delivery was extremely fast, and the items I ordered were really well packaged. I'm so thrilled with my new earrings, as they were perfect for my holiday.

Really poor quality jewellery. Bracelet broke after three wears and the the ring stone fell out after 2 weeks.

Ordered a necklace and ring for a birthday present delivery was slow ..when items arrived very disappointed the ring is an horrible colour gold something you would get from shein for a couple of pound and necklace is a pale yellow they look awful next to each would of been even more dissatisfied if I had of paid full price I won't be ordering from here again..my poor mum bought me something for my birthday from there dread to think what colour the ring is ..

Amazing quality and zero tarnishing pearl necklace, matches everything and looks absolutely stunning. Matches every outfit and does not ruin.

Disappointing customer service. Loved the earrings when I received them but after a few wears one of the huggy hoops wouldn’t close shut. I’ve emailed them three times and submitted one contact form. I’ve had one reply in response 23/6/25 which asked for a photo or video, which I sent straight away and no further response.

Bought some simple Huggies. The worst Huggies I've ever had! They tarnished after a month (they are completely black). I've bought cheaper Huggies that have fared better. Gutted as I bought two pairs and a cuff. Won't be using this brand ever again and will stick to "Hey Harper". You pay a bit more but I've had pieces from them that have never tarnished and I've had them for years.

Awful website. Paid £30 for a “stacking set” of earrings to only receive 3 earrings for one ear?? this isnt made clear and i certainly didnt expect it for the price and ordering off any other website id be sure to receive a full set of earrings. I an extremely disappointed and looked to return however I am unable to do so as they clearly expect their customers to want to return most of the items purchase. first and last time using this company and i am extremely disappointed.

Bought a necklace from Orelia in April this year. I was initially really pleased with it but after wearing it for some weeks it became really tarnished so am now unable to wear it. Really disappointed with the necklace. Have emailed the company as stated on their website but haven’t received any response.
Wouldn’t recommend this brand.
