I purchase Oreo's regularly and I am not happy with the "cheating" going on with the quantity of cookies hidden under the packaging. The package of Oreos has corners where you really cannot see under... See more

Oreo drumstick

Oreo drumstick. It was like wet cardboard. Not just one, all of them. Flavour was good, just not crispy. Not enjoyable to eat.

The cookies!

The cookies!
GREAT!!!!
THE PACKAGING!?
COMPLETE GARBAGE.
Opened the container! You can get the middle row.
You can't get the ones on the outside unless you have tiny fingers or tweezers.
Then that's not even the worst part!!!
When you go to seal it!?
It doesn't seal....
The last 4-6 packages, spanning over a year..
Better packaging....
Perfect.
Now!?
Packages suck....

LOL!!! No more double stuffed cookies.

LOL!!!! Double stuff! NOT. Unfortunately, I’m old enough to remember when Oreo unveiled their ‘double stuf’ cookie. As times change and everyone is trying to remain profitable, Oreo has decided to scrimp on the filling - which most people believe is the best part - otherwise we wouldn’t be purchasing ‘double stuf’. I’ve complained to Oreo and all they do is send me coupons for more 1.25 stuffed Oreos.

Double stuff no more!

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Double stuff are nothing more than normal Oreos! Won’t be buying them ever again!

Maybe if they have REAL double stuff Oreos, then maybe!

Corporate greed rears its ugly head again!

BEWARE OREO CUSTOM COOKIES, POOR QUALITY, SHIPPING DELAYS

I thought Oreo.com was a reputable company. Who doesn't love Oreo's right? So I bought two different packages (12 count $39 each) with two different photos as gifts and sent to two different addresses, one in Nevada and one in Arizona. Since these are both are hot weather zones, I paid the extra $23 for hot weather shipping, which was supposed to get the cookies delivered quicker and on time.
I didn't count on Fed Ex saying they tried to deliver and no one was home, yet someone was home all day and the "ring" proves no one tried to deliver, so the cookies bounced around the truck for an extra 24 hours. I didn't expect the quality control to include red random sprinkles in the pink and blue ordered, nor did I expect sprinkles and to be embedded in the photo itself instead of surrounding it.
Seriously, save your money and buy something worthwhile, not a cookie gimmick that over promises and under delivers.

Cheapened the product

I agree with another comment that the "regular" Oreos have hardly any filling in them and not to the edge. You have to buy Double Stuff to get what Oreos used to be.

They have reduced the number of cookies…

They have reduced the number of cookies in the Family Pack from 48 to 42, yet still charges the same price which is already too high. Might want to check the other packs as well. Ripping off the customer when inflation is at a high.

Absolutely appalling to have certain words printed on these Biscuits, my kids eat these for goodness sake, definitely not appropriate. Biscuits do not have anything to do with sexual orientation so keep it that way.

I just got off a phone call to Oreo at…

I just got off a phone call to Oreo at 1-800-622-4726 to ask a simple question as to whether Oreos contain Diacetylene. I am a Scientist. The person who answered the call started by asking me to much information about myself. She said if it isn't listed on the ingredients, it isn't in it. I told her that isn't true, as ingredients are often listed non-specific, such as artificial flavor or Bio-engineered food ingredient. Not only was she avoiding my question, she became hostile and ultimately hung up. The reason I asked was that Diacetylene is highly questionable as an ingredient. Teflon or Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) claimed to be harmless for decades. Today it is not considered harmless, but deadly.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered cookies for an event and indicated I needed to receive them by a certain date or to cancel. I received an automated email indicating that a response would be received within 24-48 hours, but never received a reply..it has been a week now since I sent the emails. I then called customer service and asked to cancel. Rep indicated no one had started on my order, but she would have to email production to ask them to cancel and would get back with me. I called the following day and production said cookies were already made, but there was no guarantee when they would ship. If the cookies were not processed when I originally called why would they make after cancellation was requested? The rep I spoke with was the most argumentative person and made no effort to assist me. I requested a supervisor multiple times and rep refused to transfer me to one. I requested multiple times to please cancel order or ship since they were ready. Please note I also paid almost $30.00 in expedited shipping to have the order received by the event. To add to my frustration, the Oreo phone system is set up to only transfer you to the person you talked to in the past, so it is impossible to get another rep when you are dissatisfied with the service. As it stands now, it looks like I will be unable to cancel my order and it will arrive after the event. I guess my only recourse now is to contact my credit card company and hope I can get resolution. I have emailed, left voicemails, called 6 times and spoke to the same rep with no satisfaction! DO NOT order from Oreo!! Nothing but frustration and a very unhelpful combative rep!

Ordered custom OreoID oreos in early…WASTE OF MONEY- DAMAGED GOODS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered custom OreoID oreos in early August for my new business. I paid for expedited shipping because of the heat and still when the shipment arrived many of the individual boxes were open and the blue "sprinkles" on the oreos were all over the shipping box. It was a mess - only a few of the oreos were even usable. I reached out to Oreo Customer Service more than 10 times and sent pictures of the damaged goods and they have done NOTHING! One response said - "Sorry- I have been on vacation - send the pics again" -- then crickets. NEVER AGAIN - don't waste your money. The customer service is WORTHLESS!

Month long wait to get cookies

These take an incredibly long time to come. Order at least a month in advance. They don’t tell when ordering they only ship mon-wed, it’s listed on the faq page but no where when your ordering. The processing time is 8-10 business days and they have all kinds of excuses for going over that time and then if the do finish your cookies on Wednesday they won’t be shipped until the following Monday as they have to package them which apparently take a day as well but is listed nowhere in the “processing” time. Taking a month to get 65 cookies is a bit much.

Oreo… Wonderfilled? Not this time, more like Wonderwhy?

I responded to an email from the Oreo custom cookie website for gift giving. I followed the process, very wonky. Once I finally made it to checkout, the shipping options were extremely expensive. Choices were "ground", "expensive" and "more expensive". I chose the most expensive to expedite delivery. Again, the ordering process was extremely wonky and site responsiveness was slow. I'm on a great network, patience was still required. Finally placed the order, nowhere could I find when the order would be delivered. Regardless of what customer service may say, it is not obvious that you need to add 8-10 business days to the order. It's 2022, we all know how to order online. Regardless, in a span of more than 30 minutes, I had ordered, then cancelled the order... Why? Who has half a month from fulfillment to delivery for a gift? I will give Oreo one star for having a live person to take my call to cancel the order. BTW, I must accept the fact that I have to wait 2-5 business days to have my CC credited for the refund. Buyer beware, there's really no need to order these cookies online, go to your local store for your Oreos and save $100.
