I am always hesitate to buy from Facebook ads, and tend to check Trustpilot before I do. I can honestly say this brand is fabulous. The quality of the earrings is fantastic, delivery & packaging is superb. Highly recommended

While the piece is beautiful, they are not long enough. The advertisement shows that they are long. This piece does not go through the hole without having to be pushed into where the ear meets the head. It is uncomfortable and looks awkward. When reaching out to customer service as a possible manufacturing issue they told me to consider gifting them to someone else as they could not help me. So, I would advise anyone to look for another company for the earring. Very disappointing

Product is great, good quality and a good variety of original designs. The earings are comfy to wear and stay all day without moving or slipping. The price and deals are advantageous. The shipping took less than 2 weeks, very happy with this purchase!

Fantastic products! I've ordered their hook earrings a few times and they're great! Get compliments constantly. More than that though, their customer service is genuine. I had a query about a recent promotion, and they answered it the very next morning in a very concise and polite manner. All follow up emails were also quick and clearly done by an actual person. No copy/pasted or AI fobbed off responses. Will absolutely be buying again in the future!

Hi. I bought Four Ear rings and I give you Only one star because I cannot return any of the Ear rings because of hygenic reasons. Could I then return the Ear rings that I did not try?

The product arrived at my home in Japan about a week after ordering. The packaging was meticulous and pristine, and the product itself looked exactly as pictured on the site—it was wonderful!

Items were packaged with care and shipped quickly. The earrings are beautiful and I get so many compliments on them. I ordered a 2nd time as soon as I saw how pretty they were and plan to order more!!

Fast shipping, neat packaging that comes with a cleaning cloth and lastly the earrings are lightweight, but not in a way that feels cheap. My only comment is that the bottom part of the earring was bent, but it's as easy to put back in place as the hook.
