I was very skeptical starting this…
I was very skeptical starting this program but the ads drew me in. After a week I can say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. It’s so gentle and easy that it almost doesn’t feel like enough effort… but after just a few days you will feel remarkable changes starting. I’m ready to extend my subscription! Deffinately worth the money.

Recently started and it has been great. The features are user friendly and in one week i am definitely satisfied with my results thus far. I encountered a problem, the app was not loading and I emailed support, they responded quickly and assisted with resolving the same day.

Misleading
So far the 1st workout did not feel like a workout, I thought there would be a challenge. I also was let to believe I was signing up for somatic yoga.

Here's what you can try: regenerate your program and select the Advanced difficulty level. By going to the app's Profile Settings — Change Workout Plan, you can switch to somatic yoga. Also, you can add our express exercises to your main program.

At first I couldn’t get in the app but…
At first I couldn’t get in the app but after leaving an email with my concerns, someone got back to me and described step by step what I needed to do. So far so good. I love how all the exercises are short and sectioned out so I can add on my daily routine depending on how I feel. The only thing I would change is while I’m walking I have to stay in the app . If I go into like my mail or you tube to get music. It stops my progress. Maybe it’s just me 🤷♀️ other than that I love it. Thank you Organic Fit
