I have been using Organic Bargains for about a year now. Their prices are so competitive, much cheaper than than other site I've looked on.

I haven't received the products yet so if the packages are not damaged, it should be all good.
However, I am very surprised of how long my order is taking to make its way home. I ordered on the 24th of November and live in Dublin. My package transited via the Netherlands which I don't understand, and are still marked "In transit".
Unfortunately, I won't order again as the delivery time is excessively long. Maybe it's because of Xmas season?

The product you ordered was dispatched in its original, factory-sealed packaging, placed inside protective filler and a rigid outer shipping carton. The manufacturer’s instructions for this product specify storing cool and refrigerating after opening, but do not require temperature-controlled or cold-chain shipping during transit.
Regarding delivery, tracking shows two attempted deliveries followed by a successful delivery on 21 November. Throughout this period, our team responded to your messages and liaised with the carrier to provide updates and local collection details.
After delivery, we offered either a replacement or a full refund as a goodwill gesture, which remains available should you wish to take it up.
We take all feedback seriously and continually work to improve our service. If you’d like to discuss this further, we remain available via our support team.
