Had some in coffee today, instead of breakfast. Been having awful heartburn, but this MCT oil has settled my stomach. I'm well-pleased with it.
My mother is definitely better after the oil. She has dementia. She is calmer, less confused, sleeping better and less angry. That's a great result!!! Thank you

My order arrived within the allotted time and was just what I ordered, however I didn’t receive a confirmation email to say that the company had received my order, which gave me concern. I emailed the company to check that they had received my order and I am pleased to say that I received a quick and positive response.
