Very fast and professional handling of a minor issue

I ordered two scarfs for discount price. The delivery was fast and soon I got my parcel. But I found only one scarf. So I contacted the company and they sent me the second scarf the next day. Of course, they didn't take money for the second delivery. So, I can say that I'm satisfied with my purchase.

We bought 4 complete sets of N-sleep Kapok pillows, quilts, mattresses and mattress covers (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 crib). The price was about SEK20.000.

Shortly after we got them, a strange dust was covering the floor, but we didn't think more of it at the time.

After about 1.5 years of perfectly normal use, I intended to re-stuff a pillow with some of the kapok that I removed from the new pillows. The entire kapok contents of the pillow had turned to a fine dust. I also checked the mattresses, and the same thing there. The "strange dust" on the floor got an explanation...

I contacted Babynature.dk but they didn't want to take anything in return, nor compensate in any way. They also brought in N-sleep, and I sent a sample pillow, mattress, quilt and mattress cover to them (from Sweden to Denmark). They examined it, but said that the kapok turning into dust was to be expected. I got offered som new kapok to restuff the pillows, but that will also turn to dust.

The site even say that kapok is very durable: "Kapok består af meget fine, selvrensende, hule fibre, som har en lang holdbarhed."

So, all in all, I was fooled by the promises they made about the durability and no one wanted to take responsibility for the obviously poor products. Stay away!

Since I'm Norwegian my sources of Eco-anything is relatively limited and being on a hunt for great Organic Bedding I thought I'd be out of luck, that was until I found Babynature!
I knew Babynature didn't normally send their products abroad, but I thought I'd ask 'just in case'. I was so Happy when I got a lovely email from the owner of Babynature letting me know that she would be happy to send me products to Norway :-)
Not only did Charlotte at Babynature send my Bedding to Norway, but she also provided some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life! Thinking of every little detail in order for me to save money, get my products the fastest and making sure I got exactly what I wanted!
