This program has so many resources. There are training, modules and almost daily. There is a live call that you can attend and ask questions and have them answered. Plus you have your own individual Coach. Since working with my coach, Courtney, I have tripled my Instagram following. Courtney is a wealth of knowledge and knows so much about Instagram and sales. After each call I always want to have the recording so that I can go through it because there is so much valuable information jampacked into my individual coaching call With her. She has helped me increase my visibility across Instagram and helped me devise a plan and strategy that I can execute to continue to grow and increase my leads.

Courtney was a great coach! She helped us expand our base IG knowledge and form a cohesive campaign strategy. I like how we received transcripts of our calls to review her recommendations. We grew our followers and now have a more unified approach with the entire team involved!

My experience with Mike and his team (shoutout to coach Ross) has been great. I've consistently gained followers and got clients much faster than I thought I would. I would recommend this to anyone looking to grow organically on social media.

Course vs Coaching. A completely different experience.
I got started right away into action instead of going through hours & hours of content available on the course, thanks to my coach Dixie.

From the first minute, she guided me on exactly what to focus on and start taking action towards my goal. Along the way we have worked together to find the best solution for my specific situation, leading to visible results.

At the same time, having the chance to jump on calls with the rest of the coaches who are experts in different areas is a game changer too. A 5-minutes response from any of them can save you weeks or months of frustration.

Not only that, the experience feels personal as the different coaches and Mike stay updated on your situation and plan new strategies to keep on improving results.

So far it's been a great experience, and I also enjoyed taking all the info from the course little by little.

I was sold the “we do it for you” package. The first coach was terrible and the scripts read like really bad ai. I got a new coach, and time added to my contract, and after a few weeks of work with a good coach, I was again contacted by someone from their “home office” to let me know my coach was sick and I was welcome to watch videos and do it myself. It was a constant battle to get them to honor their part. I was also told by Jesse, during the sales call, he could “eithically scrape” data from other competitors ads and we could target that group. Nothing he said ever took place. The left hands never knew what the right hand was doing, and they constantly tried to get me to record my own content when I was clear I didn’t want to do that. After my second coach got sick and canceled, I filed a charge back. I’m now in a dispute through the bank, as this was not what I was sold. Some aspects work. Others don’t. If your goal is to market yourself, it may be worth some investment, but DO NOT let them convince you they’ll do it all. They had constant excuses as to why it would be better for me to hire a spokesperson or do things I was very clear I didn’t want to do, in the very beginning.

The coaching really helped us to make our social media to our main sales channel. Our views increased and we get a lot of quality customer inquiries. We can recommend the coaching to everyone, who has a solid offer and wants to reach the right audience.

Overall good experience; Courtney is a 5 star coach & got a lot of insight from Svetlana calls on strategy (she’s great too). I’m sure the other specialists are great as well, didn’t get to that point in my biz yet to fully take advantage of the others.

My critique would be to be more structured - especially in terms of questions on the calls (free for alls don’t work well, the same few (typically more pushy people) always take up the time).

I would also give people permanent access to Skool bc although they may not be at a point during the 3 months, they may need the materials (which they did pay for) in the future.

I happen to have had experience with growing on instagram in the past so I came in trusting the process - this isn’t a pay to win, you have to be consistent, you have to learn & get better, and you can’t give up if you don’t get where you thought you would have in the 3 months. If that’s you, I advise against it, b/c you will be sold on the program (they have some superb sales people), but you won’t succeed because of yourself.

I really enjoyed the coaching modules and Payton has been the best mentor/coach. She really does an amazing job keeping you focused on what is most important in your business!

Overall, I've had a positive experience! I have learned soooo much and have implemented what I learned but still haven't gotten very far, but I understand its a long game. I LOVE my CSM Courtney. I wish I had her from the beginning, I feel like I would have gotten so much further. Nonetheless, I am blessed she was put on my path 🙏🏻 Being pregnant I wonder if this was the best time for me to be doing this, but I have no regrets! I have a lot of useful information that I have in my back pocket and to go full force in the future. Thanks!
