Love Organic's Best! They are the few online sellers of Jovie. I am able to get a large order in farily quickly and they offer great deals when you buy in bulk.

Absolutely wonderful customer service
Absolutely wonderful customer service. Their team is committed to going out of their way to help you. I have chatted with 3 representatives, Camille, Augustine and Manuela, and they are all so caring and loving, it's amazing. Thank you! They will answer every question with the patience and care that a first time mom needs, and it shows that they know what they are doing. We order sometimes to the US and sometimes to Medellin, Colombia, and it always arrive in perfect condition.

Excellent Customer Support
At first, we had some concerns because the product packaging did not include English instructions, which was disappointing for an international customer. However, after contacting customer support, they took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions.

In the past, we included English instructions with our products, but after receiving feedback about reducing unnecessary paper waste, we chose to make them available digitally instead. You'll find the preparation instructions in English on every product page, and we also include them in the order confirmation email.
