I like the fast delivery and when I had issues with my order it was very convenient to reach someone for assistance. I just dont like how the minimum order for the free shipping keeps going up. Not everyone can afford $400 per order. Also my orders used to come with free pouch and the more I order, I stopped getting any.

This unfortunately results in having to adjust our shipping fees and free shipping threshold to make it sustainable for us to ship to countries worldwide. Unfortunately the rising shipping costs are not something we can control. Free shipping to the US and Canada starts at $190 USD at the moment, and we are actively working on lowering this threshold.
Ultimately, our bulk order prices allow you to save the most on a unit basis and also get free shipping, while also ensuring supply for your little one.
🌟 Regarding the free pouches: We add free pouches based on availability and based on our donations priority schedule. As you might know, we support an orphanage for sick children affected by the war in Ukraine (https://organicsbestshop.com/pages/we-donate). Depending on the availability of samples, we prioritize supplying the orphanage, and remaining amounts are extended as a sample for our customers. It might be the case that when you placed your order, we had our donation schedule prioritized. We hope you can understand this choice. Nonetheless, you can always reach out to our support team and request to have them added, no worries.
