The product is trash

The product is trash. I haven't been able to wear them at all. The squealing and feedback is constant. I will be sending them back and requesting a refund.

I spoke with chloe

I spoke with chloe , and she was awesome. Answered all my questions , and with her , my payment went through even though the first guy I talked to couldn't do it. She was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. And made the transaction easy peezy. And for those of you who don't know what that means, it means easy as pie.
