I like the follow-up emails, but am not crazy about the hearing aid battery lifetime. The fully charged aids don't get me through the day. Also am not happy about the multiple use switch that doesn't have feedback about what it being changed and the level of the change, e.g. volume, program, etc.

What went Wrong? Funny you should ask. I ordered my Oracle hearing Aid over a week ago and I wonder! Were is it at? Did I do my part? I read the information then I got a phone call telling.me that the information wood not go through and I could order over the phone I did and I am still wading. My elderly 82 year old friend purchased a set of the 100.00 Oricle hearing aids. After about 45 days his left hearing aid quit working. He called Oricle customer service for service and was advised that he must pay 65.00 for advice on what the problem may be. Since the 30 day warranty has expired he is now stuck with a worthless hearing aid. He is elderly and feels very upset because he was very happy with how well the hearing aids were working. I’m disappointed as well because I encouraged the purchase. The advertising sounded very good. He said he paid around 180.00 total and I wonder if he paid for a warranty?

I am so impressed with the customer service. There was a banking issue and while I was on hold w the bank, I received a call from Oricle and the issue was resolved. I am blown away by this company and am looking forward to getting the Oricle hearing aide. It's a Mother's Day gift for my 90 yr old Mom.
