They are doing frauds with customers, Worst site I ever experienced. I ordered 3 ayat ul kursi bracelets 4 months before and paid in advance which is not yet delivered. I send alot of emails for follow-up of my order but they never reply. Now they changed the web address we can't access his website now. 100% fraudulent, don't order

On the 9th Oct 2022, my order number 4716. To-date I have not received my oder. The ordering process was amazing, but the correspondence thereafter was none existent. Kindly assist,

I purchased silver ring. I sm very happy with the item came in time abd love to wear it everyday.

Product is made of cheap, garbage material. Yet charging so much for it. Color coming off from the ring. Didn't respond to my email about the issue. Shameless behavior.

I ordered a Al Kursi Silver bracelet and did not receive anything up to this date. Ive sent multiple emails and also complained through Instagram account without any replies. This is really frustrating especially from a customer who had pretty high expectations.

I ordered (ORDER #4667) on 16 July 2022, and still not received. CNE tracking number is showing that they send it back to customer as sorting failed at port. my tracking number is 3A5V609829713 😡
CNE Shipment is saying, sorting failed and send back to oriental-secrets. Worst customer service i have ever seen.

Satisfied with the product. But delivery process was satisfactory. Was not inform of the arrival of the items.

Money is deducted and no response over email in spite of several reminder , I have still not received my jewelry.

Your product is very highly recommended because its made up from a high quality material, but the problem with the shipment it took more than 45 days to reach (i ordered it on the 1st of june and till today the 6th july i didnt receive it ) plus no one answered the emails that I sent regarding this issue or informed why its delayed that much...that's frustrates me because I bought them as a gift and I missed giving them in thier occasions.
The product was made and givin to courier within 7 days and after that it was stuck in the transit till the end of the month..
This is not acceptable at all.
By the way, I ordered before and it didn't take so long to reach my place like this time.

I am still waiting for my order which I placed on 23 may. Communication is bad with this company. You dont get any response when you email them and the contact nr on the website is not these. Bad service I will never order from them again
