The license I bought was only good for 2 days then it asks to reactivate again, since I have work and immediately in need of it, I just bought another one so no hassle but it only took 2 days again and it stopped working. I tried emailing the customer support but they are not responding, as well as the chat live always no agent available. Too much stress it cost me and no responses from them.
DO NOT BUY HERE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT RESPONDING
They always have issues with renewal, last time I double paid and they did not gave me a refund because they dont reply. Now I paid manually and it says pending but the payment already went out and no license key that was sent yet. complete horror
Worse experience with the support. I texted about 5 times but did not get replied to solve the problems. Software do not show the interface also don't run when I open it. Total money lost.
It's been 4 days and up until now I haven't receive my license key.
Good platform but their customer support sucks!!! Be prepared to wait anxiously for getting your issue resolved. They don't reply on time.

I faced many issues while using IdleBuster. My mouse was stuck in a corner of my screen and stopped moving multiple times. I tried to contact support but no one emailed me back. I tried other software but the best I found has been LazyWork. If anyone has better ones or cheaper ones, let me know.
