I had a complicated problem with my hot water that took a lot of investigation. All of the engineers were friendly, professional and arrived on time. It's great to find a local company that are so professional.

I would 100% recommend this company.My first contact was with Amy when I phoned for a quote for new boiler. I cannot thank her enough for patiently talking me through the process . She was friendly knowledgeable and organised a survey to be done later that day . Once deciding to accept Origins quote everything was organised by Amy to happen to suit me . Boiler was installed by Tommy who was an extremely pleasant man and a very hard worker. Old boiler was taken away and any mess was tidied up.All finished in same day.

Our old boiler had stopped working and we need a new boiler to be installed quickly. We had received quotes for this work and went with Origin. The staff who came to instal the new boiler and pipework completed the job in two days, which included taking away the old boiler and piping. The staff cleaned up after themselves and left no mess.

My Boiler was not working and I need a new boiler, I was looking for someone I can trust and Origin Gas, plumber, heating Ltd was the company with good reviews and I glad I when with them .from the start Amy was Brilliant just talking to me as a Human and explained everything to me she gave me choices in what boiler I like and much it costs after that Amy made a Appointment for for Engineer to come out and work this magic and Engineer was Thomas McKenzie and was brilliant,Amazing from starting to finish Thomas was Amazing he cleaned up after myself and explained how the boiler work .

We've been using Origin for many years now both in our business and home and cant reccomend them eough. Recently they installed our new bathroom and it is absolutely stunning. Top team as well with all the guys super friendly especially Tommy and of course Stef :)

Recently had a boiler fitted by Origin Gas Plumbing and Heating in Cambuslang. Although I initially felt unsure and a bit misled at the start, the experience quickly turned around thanks to their fantastic team.

Amy, the sales rep I spoke to over the phone, was absolutely amazing – so helpful, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She provided brilliant customer service and really went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and understood everything clearly.

The engineer who came out to fit the boiler was fantastic as well – professional, friendly, and did a great job.

Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Origin to anyone needing work done on their heating or plumbing. Thanks again to the team, especially Amy!

Started to use Origin for my gas boiler service after my installer retired and have had no negative issues regarding my annual service.for the last 3 years.
However, after asking them if they could refit my bathroom with equipment and fittings I sourced and paid for myself - a company they themselves use - I was left with many issues regarding the work carried out - the work was rushed (3 days). The fitter did not fit shower boards as per my wishes - therefore had surplus left which they took away with other items of value. Having raised all of my issues with Origin they did not accept any responsibility. Attitude to my issues also not acceptable.

My boiler finally gave up, so I immediately phoned Origin GPH as I have used them several times.

As always I received excellent advice including 5 quotes, which enabled me to decide which was within my given budget. No hard sell nonsense.

Thomas who fitted my new Baxi boiler was wonderful. He completed the job immaculately and his manners were so nice, I felt at ease with him in my home. I was informed of the boiler workings etc.. with great patience from Thomas.

I've waited to post this review as I wanted to check the boilers efficiency and honestly my bills have reduced substantially and I no longer have a cheap, nasty and very noisy boiler.

Needed a new boiler and phoned for a few quotes, in the end i opted to go with i decided to go with origin gas, heating and plumbing.Spoke with Amy at customer services she gave me all the know how and arranged for the work to be done next day. Next day the guys were there nice and prompt. The 2 James's introduced themselves and got stuck in. I was going to work later in the day and the job was not going to be finished before i left, so i had no hesitation on leaving my back door key with them. Came home next morning all the place had been cleaned up. Absolutely first class service.Well done to all the lads and Amy. Anybody looking for a new boiler give these guys a phone, i dont think you will regret it.

I am delighted with the service I received from origin staff from the first contact with Brogan the very pleasant and helpful lady in the office who organized everything and kept me informed at all times then the service engineer Stephen who came when he was supposed to[ great time keeping] explained what was wrong with the boiler i had, and James and his mate Toran who installed the boiler clean and tidy job and explained the controls very clearly from start to finish this only took three days over a weekend phoned on friday fitted monday, overall this company should be proud of its staff, friendly helpful, and professional and great attitude, good honest company to do work for you

A boiler service & a new contract organised efficiently & professionally by a company who actually remembers their customers. My service plans were organised much quicker than the Capaccino I waited for today,if only more businesses were so organised.

My experience with origin has been excellent. From Amy right through to Stephen and all the guys. A really nasty install of heating, boiler etc where everyone went above and beyond. Cannot thank you all enough. My daughter after living for 4 months with no hot water or heating was lovely toasty last nite after a nice long bath.
Would not doubt about using them again or recommending them.

First class service. Boiler installed within 48 hours. James and James were superb. Explained what was happening. Very tidy. Took away the old boiler and any rubbish. Would certainly use again. Will get Origin to service the boiler when required.

I google searched a load of boiler company's one weekend requesting costs on particular makes. Amy from Origin called me straight back. On the same day she areanged for a visit to my house to quote me which was amazing!!

We received three quotes and agreed to a Worcester boiler which was then fitted the NEXT day!!!!! The plumber was so polite and courteous. Boiler is amazing.

Not a penny payment was required till the job was completed and we were happy.

This company is amazing. What a faultless service. 100% recommend Origin. Thank you!

Amy from origin went above and beyond to help me, when the boiler in my salon needed replaced within 24hrs she secured me a fantastic price and I had my new boiler fitted the next morning, the engineer great no mess and had me up and running by the afternoon,I can’t recommend this company highly enough. First class service from initial contact, Amy was amazing getting me booked in for a full boiler replacement. Turned up on time quick and efficient, the engineers explained everything on the operation of the boiler before they left.
Everything left clean and tidy even fixed the wonky floor board beneath the boiler.

Cannot praise these guys enough, 100% recommend for hassle free boiler change.

Contacted origin to enquire about a new boiler. Communication was amazing! Amy helped with any queries I had and arranged a fast turn around. Boiler was fitted within 24 hours. Can’t thank Tommy enough professional and explained everything in detail. Both a credit to your company! Highly recommend!

You won't be disappointed Brogan and Amy will assist you they are both very efficient and will help you with your boiler issues I had Jamie and Tommy at our boiler within 4hrs of my telephone call sadly it was not repairable, Tommy arrived 10am next morning to fit my new boiler Great Service and the price was within my budget half the price of Scottish Gas !!

I cannot thank Brogan enough for the service I've had since I phoned Origin with our problems with the boiler. The guys that came up to replace my old boiler for a new one were brilliant. Fantastic and very efficient repair, unfortunately the price I was quoted for the job by the admin staff when first phoning them was not the same invoice that I received when the job was done and ended up being 70% more expensive. Once addressed I was told there was nothing they can do for the miscommunication on their part.
