They are absolutely terrible and untrustworthy! My 5 requests for a refund came back with the same standard reply. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM!

Same review as everyone else, I ordered on March 26th 2020 and never received it, I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response and disputed it on paypal and due to their generic response my dispute got closed. I’m now contacting PayPal via messenger to request a refund because this is beyond a joke

I ordered a canevas ( painting by numbers, order #115182) on 18 April 2020 and I have not received it...we are 26 August 2020 !
I sent à lot of complains but they Never read them, they just send automatic answers.
I paid $28 !

I ordered a custom painting kit from them. In addition to not receiving a package for almost three months, they sent me a paint by number kit for an owl, which is much cheaper than the item I paid for. I tried contacting them multiple times to make it right, no one answered. So disappointed in their terrible customer service and incorrect product. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have had bad luck with all sites that are focused on sending these kits from China, so now I stick to getting them from Amazon where I can at least accurately track my packages.

AVOID! This is a complete scam. I ordered my kit in April, it's end of August now and still no package. All my attempts to contact them have been ignored, save your money and do not order from this website. Even the one star feels too generous.

SCAM!!! You will not receive your order and they are impossible to contact. I ordered in April 2020. Nothing and when I email them they send me a cut and paste return email. I’m never ordering anything from the USA ever again! Up with Nigeria in my opinion.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering three prints at the beginning of July. It is now 25th August and they are not responding to any of my emails. Please order elsewhere.

I placed an order with this company Aug 8. Still no email or confirmation reply as to whether they even got my order. They did however charge my account and got payment. I think it's pretty obvious they DO NOT run a very astute company. I thought i'd give this company a try because they had some diamond designs I liked. So far, I am not impressed with them and will give two more weeks and I follow procedures to get my money back and I will certainly not order from them again!!!

By the way, I ordered some other "diamond art" from another company and I got it here in my hands, from China, in exactly 8 days!!! Now this is a company I will deal with again. Certainly not from "original".

Horrible experience. Ordered in early June. Have never received merchandise. A few weeks ago they sent me an email with “tracking link”, which when clicked, said “this company (in China) has not shipped anything in the past 30 days.” They are the worst. I contacted them, asking for my money back, but they won’t respond. My credit card company is working to recover my money. Don’t order! They will send you advertisements, but will never send you what you ordered.

I ordered 2 paint numbers on the 12th of April and still have not received anything from the company. I have sent several emails only to get cookie cutter computer generated responses. This is a Horrible Company!

Does anyone know how to request a refund I ordered this in July and nothing has came in and it’s really import I get this .

Chose this company over competitors because it seemed to offer custom prints (upload a photo and it will send you a paint-by-number canvas to turn it into a painting). Ordered print on May 17. No shipping information provided at any time. Contacted on July 15 to request an update. Received automatic reply and no follow up. Delivery finally arrived on August 6... and it was the wrong print. Someone just stuffed a random picture of an owl in the package and slapped a label on it. Sent multiple emails requesting refund. Only received the same automatic reply message as before. Total scam. Save your money and go with a reliable competitor.

Ordered two paint by number kits on May 20. It’s August 17 and still have not received.

I disputed the order through PayPal, and this company responded right away saying that my order shipped. This was back in July.

I still have not received this order. When you check the tracking ID it still shows that it is in transit, from China.

SURPRISED my order arrived today and it looks great. However I ordered may 2020, and contacted them +++ asking when it would be delivered. never got a response except a generic email re covid/post delays etc etc. so i opened a case with paypal and got my money refunded mid july. Apparanty they didn't respond to pp requests for details!!!. NOW my items have arrived!! If this company would actually respond directly to customers queries instead of ignoring requests for info their reviews might improve. perhaps they are overwhelmed with orders but if they cannot cope they need to communicate this to their customers. The product is quite good in comparison to other pbn's i have ordered and completed.

Placed an order in April, it’s now August and I still have not received it and no one is coming back to my emails! You Avoid this company!!!

UPDATE: It did arrive, and was as ordered! From the US to Aus it took maybe 2 weeks. It was the first 15 weeks from China to the US that was the problem.

We ordered 3 paintings at the end of April, expected delays due to pandemic. It's been 15 weeks so far. Contacted PayPal to get a refund as we figured it was a scam, only for OPbN to contact us with the tracking number, saying it's still coming. Tracking has gone from China to California, says it's delivered. However, we're in Australia. No idea if it's going to make it from the US to Aus.
I suspect it's all just a very slow drop shipping experience and would be faster and probably cheaper to order straight from China via Aliexpress or similar.

so uhh i wrote a review in march bc i never received my order after a whole month.. lol i just got my order 5 months later. pretty HORRIBLE if you ask me but if youre willing to wait 5 LONG MONTHS then yup perfect site for you. long story short HORRIBLE -10/10 never would recommend

Totally shocked this morning ordered 2 Paintings early in march. Never arrived. Gave up This morning look what's come. My order. 5 whole months to arrive.
