Company details

Originals CBD is a UK-based shop for people who take the plant seriously. We sell CBD flower, oils, hash, gummies and vapes, sourced from growers we trust across the USA and EU. Nothing anonymous, nothing shelf-warmed. Honesty is the point. Every product page lists the dominant terpenes, the full cannabinoid breakdown and the genetics behind each strain, so you can see exactly what you're buying before you order. Every batch is independently lab-tested for cannabinoid content, purity and safety before it goes on sale. We've been around the plant for 15+ years, and it shows in the details: careful strain selection, a proper cure, and plain, discreet packaging on every order. Delivery is UK to UK. Order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and we dispatch the same working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with next-day delivery available at checkout. If you've been let down by dodgy CBD before, this is the shop built as the answer to that. We'd rather lose a sale than sell something we can't stand behind. Have a look around, and if you're not sure where to start, just ask.

First class customer service
First class customer service, great shopping experience and top quality products. I rely on the herbal teas to help me to have a decent sleep. The prices are competitive and always affordable. Will continue to give this shop my service as long as possible. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic cbd
Absolutely fantastic cbd , iv had nothing but best from these guys, for context im medical cannabis user for several diagnosis quite life debilitating and having access to proper cbd helps with my conditions as unfortunately cbd flower is not widely accessible on through medical cannabis pharmacy and particularly when their is price is on pricey side compared to originals allows me to have this along side my normal prescribed cannabis , and also multi types and strains of cbd giving better access
So all in all fantastic quality ranges and customer service

I just received my order but there is an item missing. I tried to email regarding the missing item but was told “ Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've had to temporarily close up
shop.” but the website is still up and running.
This is my first time using Originals CBD and they already owe me money
but it’ll probably be the last. Not to be trusted.

Hi Iain, we owe you a sincere apology - the timing of this couldn't have been worse and we completely understand your frustration, especially as a first time customer.
Unfortunately we were faced with unforeseen circumstances completely outside of our control which forced us to temporarily close. We have refunded the rolling tray and we're truly sorry for the lack of communication during that period - it's not the experience we wanted for you at all.
We hope that when we're back up and running with lots of stock, you'll give us another chance to show you what we're really about.
Kind regards,
The Originals CBD Team
