Quick easy delivery, comfortable mattress, love the pillows too .Back feels a lot better after just a month

I am waiting for a delivery today (matress). Still nothing (it's 6pm). I contacted them but it's a chat bot completely useless. By email, they don't answer. I will charge them the night at the hotel until they actually deliver the matress.

The best mattress we've ever had. The feeling of being rested after the sleep and no pain in my body is unbeatable.

Mattress is very comfortable and gives a good nights sleep. I also purchased the protector which fits perfectly.

Bought a mattress from Origin and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s by far the most comfortable mattress I’ve owned and you can really tell it’s well made. The quality is excellent and it feels like a premium product. Definitely worth the money and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Almost three weeks using the mattress, wery good mattress. Comfortable to sleep, even when the weather was wery hot +34 outside and my noise level of snoring dropped down.

I bought top of the premium mattress is horrible. I try for seven days and I have to return shoulder pain very bad mattress very bad experience for me and when you need to return the mattress you need to be careful guys because they ask you for so much stuff.

Paid in full. Waited 3 weeks for delivery day. Nothing delivered. No communication to say so. Then told out of stock for another 5 weeks. And now they ask for a review?

Pros: The mattress itself is great. I bought the Lumbar Cloud and it really helps with my back. The free mattress topper I got with it isnt actually needed for that mattress, so I use it on a different mattress and it makes more of a difference there. The free pillows are great as well.

Cons: The delivery was a bit delayed. Mattress is still quite pricey, so I would recommend buuying it only if your old one relly needs replacement.

Caveat: I have onlly used it for a month. We have to see how it holds up in the long run

I feel that a review only several weeks into a new mattress won't cover the longevity... but i can't fault much so far. Choosing a new mattress is a mine field... full of clever marketing and incentivized reviews. TrustPilot reviews usually give a better balance. any negative reviews seemed to be around delivery and customer service... my delivery was exactly as expected. the mattress it's self is good so far, i'm slowly adapting to it, with less and less stiffness as my body adjusts to a firmer mattress. Research tells me this is normal. Price is good, especially vs the risk of investing double the amount with some of the leading brands. The 2 free pillows you get aren't for me, but my wife likes hers... certainly wouldn't pay £100 for one, but that's personal preference as i don't like the height and fitness of it. Happy so far

Best mattress we've had! We were both struggling with achy backs when we got up in the morning, through lack of support from our 9 yo mattress, and I struggled with overheating and disturbance from my husband moving during the night.

I can confirm that this mattress has completely resolved all these issues. No more stiff backs, lovely and cool and little or no movement transfer accross the mattress which has made such a difference to the quality of both our sleep. Would absolutely recommend this product. We went for the Origin LumbarCloud™ Mattress - Super King.

I bought this because I have back pain but it’s been two months and I still have it. It looks nice but it doesn’t help me in sleep.

If you want to deal with a company who cares about customer service and responds to simple questions like where is my mattress try someone else.

Origin Mattress are a faceless company who don't care about their customers once they have your money - AVOID

After a few nights getting used to a new Origin Matress, I can honestly say I am getting the best sleep ever. One thing I'd recommend though is good quality fitted sheets, otherwise the tend to 'wonder ' well with me at least as I move around a lot..!!

It’s ok but not all that they rave about

The mattress seems to be good quality and i was really impressed by the packaging but by god is the customer service APPALLING. Firstly no physical contact number makes it near impossible to communicate with email comms regularly taking 24 hours to get a response... when you're back and forth this can stretch an issue that wouldve been resolved in seconds over the phone but takes week arguing over email. They also don't really seem to care if they resolve the dispute or not and just quote misrepresented TCs. genuinely one of the worst customer experience journeys i've been a part of. everything is presented as no questions asked 5* service, next day delievry but everything is hidden behind the scenes... the next day delivery doesn't include weekends and ONLY applies if you order before 9AM?! anything after that you're bumped... ordering at 10AM on thursday means your 'free next day delivery' comes no earlier than MONDAY!? it's all a bit of a con service wise. The mattress does seem to be a great product but it's really let down by their inabilty to service its customers and intentional unwillingness to be very diffucult to contact makes me feel as though this is by design and not just circumstantial. real shame but absolutley appalled by my experience as a customer irresepctive of the quality of the product.... dropping £600-£1500 on a single product i'd expect them to 'give a S**t' about their customers... clearly not.

Fabulous mattress absolute luxury highly recommend previous mattress was a Simba however I find this matress is more supportive and comfortable, thank you Origin 😊

Good quality mattress. Value for money!

Origin Mattress advertise 8% cashback on Topcashback but do not pay up. The cashback tracked but I've been waiting 6 months and still no payout.

If you look at the reviews for Origin Mattress on the TopCashback website, you will see there are many other unhappy customers who have had exactly the same experience.

UPDATE: The reply below from Origin Mattress is misleading. The problem is not with TopCashback, it's Origin Mattress who are failing to pay.

TopCashback told me: "Unfortunately, we have seen a low payment rate from Origin Mattress recently, which has affected several members. We are actively monitoring their performance and regularly review our partnerships to ensure our members get the best experience."

Due to this poor experience I would not recommend buying from Origin Mattress.
