Not great
I received 6 charcols, 4 of which were mouldy looking and boiling them didn't help. Boris was quick to replace those 4 and my two stars are perhaps for this but I give zero stars for honesty. The charcols need boiling every 2 to 3 weeks rather than 3 months. It also advertises the characols as impurifiers for heavy metal, it is not. It also says ready within 4 hours but on the actual packaging I received, it says 8 hours.
Maybe it is a good product though buying something you think it does one thing, to realise it actually doesn't do those things you bought them for, it becomes a resentful interaction and a huge waste of my time and money. I stopped using them two months ago. Id love to return this whole lot for a refund. It does not work for advertised purpose, please fix your advertising so people know exactly what they are using. Otherwise you pushed me to drink Arsenic contaminated water for weeks trying this product out.
Dangerous and dishonest is my experience but appreciate fast replies
If you need em for chlorine and bacteria I think they could be a good option, though Id hugely recommend another company.
Im willing to forgive if you fix the advertising and refund me the characols and take them back.
