Transportation takes a little to much time but everything oke
I was able to purchase what I needed. The parts are all original ORION which is what we want.
The orders come packed carefully and accurately.
The sight is really easy to navigate.
No one has answered my emails or calls. I have asked for tracking multiple times via email and I have left messages. No one has gotten back to me with tracking or even responded.

Hello, apologies for the inconvenience caused with this order. Please note that our offices were closed at police instruction for staff safety during the civil unrest in the UK for the week commencing 5th of August. As well as this, our offices and the factories are closed for annual business holidays from the 10th until the 20th of August this year which was notified to existing customers in July however as a new customer you would not have received our communications.
Our usual delivery timescale for orders to mainland US is same day dispatch and next working day delivery if order is received by cut off time of 12:00 GMT. Your order was placed 23:00 GMT on the 2th of August and none of our staff have been able to enter our premises between when your order was placed and our scheduled holiday.
I have cancelled this order as requested. Should you still require these parts we should be able to deliver week commencing 26th of August if you place a new order.
After payment I never get the information when my parts ready, even after doing calls and many email asking about it.
At this point, I don't care about it anymore.
I considered I just got scam.

We were disappointed to receive your scathing review.
We supply UK and Europe but the website allowed your order for Indonesia to come through. Indonesia is not under our supply area and we do not ship to Indonesia.
The item was waiting for collection by your courier in our reception for weeks and we sent multiple ‘Ready for collection’ notifications since you selected collection.
Order was eventually cancelled.
the kit I ordered arrived on time and the packaging was not damaged. When I needed support to receive the invoice, Orion support responded in a short time and fulfilled my request. I have no reason to complain about the service I received.
Still awaiting goods after promised delivery date
There is no information on when they ship, what is the position or where the product is.
1,- Please explain what mean genuine for you, we understand original but is not. The Bearings in the Orion pump are NSK, and the ones you provide in the repair kit are not NSK.
2,- The packing presentation is very bad for genuine parts
3.- In your kit was missing a Rubber Black couple such must to be in this repair kit.

I'm sorry to hear your negative feedback. The bearings are not manufactured by Orion and are purchased from external suppliers, you may have had NSK bearings in your pump but it is not necessarily the case for all pumps. All other parts supplied are manufactured by Orion and supplied in our branded packaging where possible. Could you please provide a picture of the packing to our sales team on sales@orionpumps.co.uk and we will review this and rectify the situation.
