I bought a Bosh battery with a lifetime guarantee from Orius on 16/6/20 which does not hold charge, all web pages to them draw a blank. Since 2020 they have changed their name twice to Gro Automotive Ltd and at present trading as RTG Automotive Ltd. All 3 companies have Brian Waring and Lee Waring as directors, Orius is still trading (in the background no doubt ) and the balance sheet in 2022 showed cash in the bank over £200k

Warning do not use this company fraud sent £219 for two batteries never received do not answer. Emails do not answer the phone

Ordered a Bosch new battery, stopped working before reaching 1 year. Orius said to send the battery back to check its condition. They offered a refund that never came and no longer answer to my messages.

Not only they didn't issue a refund, they kept the battery.

Bought 3 batteries with in a year 2 failed I sent them back as still under warranty I received refund for one rang up now asking where the other battery is no answer on phone sent email to Phil who promised full refund now doesn't reply stay away there nothing but thieves who run a shocking online bull crap service

Clearly scam company. The car battery has never been delivered, no communication, not answering calls, not replying emails. I successfully applied for chargeback from my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a bosch battery from them in March 2022, now October 2022 and the battery no longer holds a charge, have tried to contact them via website, email, facebook and repeated phone messages - no response. Unfortunately now looking at trustpilot seems I am not only one to experience complete lack of customer service and integrity. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I purchased a battery which had a lifetime warranty. £170 commercial battery /It failed to hold charge after 18 months, so I presumed that the seller would honour the claim.(the seller confirmed that the warranty would be upheld), I returned the battery at my own expense and it was confirmed that it was faulty. So far so good.
I was then given the runaround from being offered a replacement or refund, which initially I asked for the replacement. Then when it didn't arrive, I asked for a tracking number, that wasn't provided either. I then asked for a refund. Two weeks later I was asked for my PayPal address to facilitate the refund. This was provided but no refund was given. I am now in the process of taking the seller to the small claims court. Very frustrating and unnecessary but I have no option.
Almost 4 months backwards and forwards trying to resolve this matter.

Bought a Bosch 6v battery from them in June 2021. The battery failed to hold charge from March 2022. Their phone numbers goes to voicemail and neither repeated messages nor contacts via their web form have produced any response.

A direct appeal to Bosch has also failed because they say their warranty service is via the supplier only. Consequently, if the supplier is a rogue or goes out of business, Bosch batteries are without warranty at all. I’m not sure what trading standards would make if that.

Very poor service from both Sirius and Bosch.

I bought a Bosch leisure battery with a lifetime guarantee from Orius through ebay. I chose Bosch as they are an excellent brand and great quality. I chose Orius as they offered next day delivery and a lifetime guarantee. The battery arrived next day as stated. The battery never actually performed as well as I expected, and failed completely after 12 months light use. I have continually messaged Orius by their website message form, and left numerous messages on their answerphone. No response whatsoever. I am beginning to think it's a counterfeit battery as I have never had an issue with Bosch products before. Judging by all the other shocking reviews their guarantee is also worthless.

Sold me a dirty, clearly pre-owned car battery as 'brand new'. It was sent trough the post without the travel plugs inserted so it leaked toxic battery fluid everywhere. Seller refused to respond to multiple messages for over a week, leaving me stranded without a car while I sourced another battery elsewhere. Eventually after much delay and hassle I had to get eBay to step in to resolve. Reported them to trading standards. Strongly suggest you buy elsewhere if you don't want to risk my experience yourself.

PS: Check google reviews - they are all negative.

Ordered a battery over a week ago and nothing received even though the email stated it had been dispatched (it had no legitimate tracking number)

Phone not answered, no reply to my messages and email...trading standards should close them down.

Do not buy from this company! Avoid at all costs !! Have not received my battery customer service is non existent! They do not answer the phone! will now have to charge back my payment complete waste of time!

A battery arrived on time, but damaged. Despite sending numerous voice mails, emails and a message through their website there has been no response. They have not answered dozens of phone calls. If they resolve this I will post again but recommend you not yo use them.

I helped an elderly friend with a battery issue on his Mitsubishi PHEV. I suggested he replaced the battery and foolishly sent him a link to Orius.

He ordered the battery for next day delivery - it never arrived and Orius did not respond to emails and they never answered the phone. He had to get the money refunded from his bank!

This outlet stinks.It advertises and doesn't deliver.Money paid no battery.Impossible to get access to your account if you make the mistake of setting one up,they never respond to emails and they don't answer phonecalls.This place is a sham and I will make a report to Companies House stating that they are trading under false pretences.Don't go near them.

Ordered a battery for next day delivery and I’m still waiting 4 days on. My car has no power with no alarm and windows slightly open sat on the drive.
I’ve had to go elsewhere for a new battery.
Sent numerous emails with no response and called the Preston number over 50 times and left message, name and number with no return call.
No tracking number was given when order was confirmed but money went straight out of the bank.
Avoid at all costs !!!

I ordered a battery in January which was faulty. I didn't use my car for only 6 days and the car wouldn't start. I then had to order another battery, is currently working fine. I tried to call the company to claim warranty but nobody picks up. I have emailed multiple times but no one has replied. I am absolutely appalled by their customer service which states they will respond promptly. Do not buy anything from them!

worst customer service ever , ordered a battery with guaranteed next day delivery , still nothing , have tired emailing and calling 5 times now still nothing , im a learner driver with a tigth budget , and this is 1 of the worst decisions i’ve made DO NOT BUY
