Avoid this company. As others have said they add extras at checkout & take payment before you notice the addition. I immediately reported this, was told they would remove the additional items & refund me. Then another email to say it was too late to refund as it was processed.
Avoid
FB advertisement which charges your credit card immediately and often (as a subscription) before any confirmation is provided. I cancelled the order within 10mins but was then told I could only receive a partial refund as the goods have been posted. My recommendation is to stay away from this product and find an alternative in your own chemist or through your own medical team.

Total scam. Took my money before I could review order and did not offer an option to confirm order. Contact with company to cancel order difficult and once contacted tried to upsell. Asked if I would like full refund and when I said yes, they told me too late, we have already shipped (after they had emailed me earlier just after they took my money saying there would be a delay with shipping as their busy season). Contacting fraud squad. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID THIS COMPANY

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. The purchase process is deliberately misleading: it adds extra items to your cart without clear confirmation of the total, and I ended up with things I never wanted.
I emailed requesting a refund immediately after the order, but I’ve received no response at all. It’s frustrating that there’s no way to leave a 0-star rating, because this experience deserves it.

Ordered two pens in a pack at £8.99 offer. I was immediately charged £95.00
I tried in vain to cancel the order because their on line form simply claims not to recognise my email address, the same email address they sent the invoice. I have asked my bank to block this payment.
Beware when you’re checking out to pay. I ordered 1 pen for £11-99 and they took £20 from my card !!! Not even got it yet but feel ripped off
